Do we get to count our spring game as a win?

  5. WorsterMan

    WorsterMan SEC here we come!!

aggy always counts the spring game as a win... oh, and game halftimes too.

I think we have a pretty good chance against B.Y.E. right after the ou game.

Bye really needs better helmets, it's like there not even there.

You don't like our chances against Bye after the WVU game?

Wow, that's a tough early schedule. Too bad TCU moved to before the OU game.

I added a Schedules tab to the menu bar so we have a permanent place for these without having to go into the forums. I just have the football and baseball schedules on there for now.

Any thoughts on Notre Dame game time? Either noon (Central) or hopefully the prime-time NBC Sat night game?

When the Longhorns and Notre Dame play, it should be prime time.

I think we can all agree that this is a schedule of champions. I expect a "Strong" showing in 2015.

Another area I believe could use an upgrade are the uniforms. An alternate uniform is in order. Even Notre Dame, a perennial powerhouse has seen the improvement that an alternate uniform can offer. This alternate uniform has been seen against teams such as USC.

Let's upgrade the uniforms in 2015.

I’m never sure how to feel when we score on us. Should I cheer? I am conflicted.

You would think it'd be a 2:30 game because Bama v. Wisco and Aggy v. ASU is that day on neutral sites. But it is NBC, so maybe it'll be a night game. I feel like ND home games on NBC are almost always on during the day time

Actually, one of the funnest games I ever went to was when I was still in school and we were playing KSU. It was hot af, and then all of a sudden a rain shower came and for some reason the student section didn't leave, even though it was half time. We stayed in the rain and became animals. We were drenched and just SCREAMING! I'm sure when the team came back on to the field they were like "wtf did we miss?"

We ended up losing that game (duh, it's KSU) but it remains one of my favorite Longhorn football game memories.

Was that in 2007 when they scored on a kick, punt, and interception return?
