    Per NCAA.org:
Oklahoma State University did not follow its drug testing policy and the athletics department allowed the Orange Pride student group to participate in hosting prospects, according to a decision issued by a Division I Committee on Infractions panel.
The NCAA's penalty includes a one year probation along with the following:
In reaction to the ruling, the school filed a second law suit against former Offensive Line Coach Joe Wickline seeking 2.5 million dollars in damages for his leaving the university prior to the violations. Oklahoma State issued a statement saying that, "Had Coach Wickline stayed with the university, none of these infractions would have occured." (Source - ThinAir.ru)

New University of Texas Basketball Coach Shaka Smart offered to pay the damages on Wickline's behalf. "After all, there's only one Joe Wickline," Smart said.
