Why so much video with people just talking, maybe a few pics, no video (e.g. action) that adds to the story/piece? Maybe I'm old fashioned (Graduated UT in mid 60s), but I'd rather read (much quicker) than listen to video, plus the "introductory" ads.
I think you're right about the age deal. So much of the video I see just doesn't add anything and is just put in because it can be put in. Also, so many things are now icons rather than text. I just updated the operating system on my computer and there is really nothing of substance changed, other than replacing text with icons. Takes me twice as long to find anything.
