Eubanks will most likely end up at Bammy, especially if his 2015 basketball bro, Kobie Eubanks, signs with the Tide as expected.

    Per BON:
As a prospect, Eubanks has impressive athleticism for his size, running a 4.69 40-yard dash at the Nike Opening Miami Regional. He also posted a 4.46 shuttle and 33.3-inch vertical leap. The question is whether he can maintain that athleticism as he gains the weight necessary to hold his own as an in-line blocker. However, he definitely has the frame to carry at least 230 pounds, if not significantly more.

The receiving credentials are strong, too, as he backed up his testing numbers by recording 26 receptions for 408 yards and four touchdowns as a junior.

    Per 247Sports:
“He’s a really good route runner,” [American Heritage head coach, Mike] Rumph said. “Nick is a standup tight end for us. He gets up the field vertically really well, and stretches the field. He requires double coverage almost every time, because his 6-foot-6 frame. He’s still working on catching the ball away from his body. He’s a kid that’s been playing basketball his whole life, so he’s transitioning to that standup move-around tight end. We try to get him in a lot of mix-match situations.”

“I think he has only a tremendous upside,” Rumph said. “He’s a kid that comes in my office every day, studying film, and asking a bunch of questions. The thing about Nick is he’s very quiet and humble. The fact that he comes in and speaks with me about his future, says to me he’s one of my brightest players. He has a tremendous heart, and he is a total team player. He’s talented out the kazoo, but his personality is really what sells him.”

Per Scout Re: Miami Nike The Opening:
Eubanks looks the part. He is easy to pick out on film, but he looks even better in person. I liked a lot about his game and potential Saturday after watching him at the Opening Regional. His size jumps out, but he has some athleticism too. His frame is there and weight will be easy to add onto it. His route running was better than expected, but he just has to improve his consistency catching the ball. He dropped multiple passes, so maybe the concentration was not fully there each rep. He can also improve his explosiveness. Overall I liked what I saw in Eubanks.
