I am a little uncertain about this. I have no special expertise on judging their ability; but, judging from their past stats and evaluations, they don't sound like they have super elite status, maybe not even "elite," though obviously UT coaches think they will be good players.
Does this indicate Texas doesn't think it can get many more top 20 elite players in future classes, so is settling for good but not great? Just asking...I don't claim to know.

I rather doubt that. For example, the incoming 2015 class ended up ranked fifth nationally by Prospectsnation. They rank Texas' 2016 class as 6th so far. While the 2017 class so far has no verbals, the 2018 has top ten Sedona Prince and a rising Shae Routt as verbals. The 2016 could end up higher with room for another top player to come in.

The twins may not end up as "elite" players but they do fill a need for versatile forwards that can cause matchup problems due to their height, ballhandling, and ability to shoot the three. With the new rules re scholarships beginning this year, the staff has to feel that they will be strong contributors to Texas' continued rise toward the top group of CWBB.

Personally, I liked the way they played when they came to Coach G's camp and I am very excited to see that they finally made it to the Forty Acres. :hookem:

Considering that we will have five top 20 recruits on our roster this Fall, and already have consensus top 10 commits in both the 2016 and 2018 classes (the only Big 12 program thus far with top 10 commits in 2016, '17 or '18), I would say the answer to your question is no.

I think Coach Thompson will have a big impact, with not only the twins but also Jordan, Jada Underwood, and Joyner Holmes. All those players are very similar to Coach Thompson, versatile fowards that can play on the inside and outside. Coach Thompson was a really good three point shooter, Khaleann has that type of three point shooting ability.

Thanks - didn't see her in any of the videos from the first summer session so I assumed she'd be enrolling this month.

Dang, she looks big and powerful.
Great to see her on campus! :hookem:
I am wondering if Christina will end up coming in the fall.
July 16th, Thursday, is the last day she could get into classes for the second summer session. If Christina is not enrolled by then, I would expect her to be here for the fall semester although most freshmen are here for at least one summer session.

Has there been any announcement where Audrey-Ann will be playing this season? Khaleann had said in a previous post she would be attending a JUCO?
