....................starring Amy Schumer and thought it was very good.

My sweet wife liked it also.

    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3152624/

It's a clever, if formulaic in its story sequence, rom/com which reminded us a bit (tone-wise) of "Jerry Maguire," but featuring Amy's trademark raunchy humor with some sex acts realistically depicted showing male rear nudity.

For those not turned off by all the sex stuff, I believe it could be worth at least a rental.

For those (male or female) who can appreciate that content, it might be a big hit.

Other than being a tad too long, we found it very recommendable to the right viewers.

Schumer and director Judd Apatow did very well.

I've seen a lot of offerings from both and here I think they interacted and meshed their creative talents quite well.

Amy got the sole screenwriting credit and I thought the depth of her material and her expressive and, I felt, impressive acting went well beyond what I'd seen and enjoyed in her stand up act, roast appearances and television comedy sketches.

IMHO, she did really well and even excellently.

The other thespians throughout were very good too.

Look for Tilda Swinton; she's the boss with a British accent.

Marisa Tomei and Daniel Radcliffe were with the dogs.

A special appreciative nod to LeBron James, who really stood out in his extended cameo (look out, Denzel).

And to Amar'e Stoudemyer, Matthew Broderick, Marv Albert, Chris Evert, Method Man and, I think, Tony Romo.

A very entertaining flick, IMO, with more cinematic substance and success than I had reason to expect.

I found that Amy delivered in her juicy, more often male-assigned, leading role with her comedic, dramatic and writing chops well-realized.

    JMO.

My thought is that wow am I ever out of touch with things lately. I have never heard of this movie nor seen a trailer or ad for it. Then again, I cut the cable a few years ago but still, damn.
