Not really. The rules were set in May. Even the RNC says that to change the rules now would be a violation of election rules. They'd be playing favorites to let her in. With that said, she deserves to be on the stage. She'll have more current support than a few in the bottom half of the top 10.
If anything, this is a scheduling problem. The cycle of the polling doesn't matchup to the debate schedule thus many of the polls that are being used in the average haven't been updated since the last debate when Fiorina supposedly crushed the happy hour debate.
