    WorsterMan SEC here we come!!

    What's on your mind?

Here are a few of my thoughts / concerns:

OL starters - will be better than 2014 but how much - 2 are Frosh
Swoopes / pressure / will he make better decisions with up tempo
Frosh Malik starting first game on a huge stage at MLB
Will Daje step up, contribute, make a big play to help win the game

Heard first game action / what will he do when it's game time and it counts
I have a feeling Duke Thomas may make a huge play in the game
Special teams - big play for points or more un-special
I think ND will come after Swoopes - lot's of movement, looks to confuse, frequent blitzes, etc.

Pretty much the same thoughts here. I want to see leadership from Swoopes and I think he may be very hungry to prove something after last year.

Can you imagine being a freshman and your first college game experience is rolling into Notre Dame stadium?

Swoopes is a concern. Will we see history repeat itself? Or will Swoopes settle in, make good reads, quick decisions and throw the ball away rather than take a sack or throw it up for grabs. Will he protect the ball? Or will he fumble it away at critical times.

Heard is an unknown. He's played in a couple of big games in High School under pressure, but this is a different sort of pressure. I hope he will relax, stay focused, do what needs to be done, but try to over do it and cause a turnover.

The Oline is a concern. I expect to see improved play and open holes for the backs.

Special Teams. Has to improve and I believe it will.

We'll know in about 30 hours.

I am guessing the score will be anywhere between 34-10 NotreDame, to 24-21 Texas. =D

Serious Note: The only way for us to have a chance to win is to play mistake free football. OTOH, for ND to score 34 on this team, it will take a lot of errors on our part... which is very very possible.

This will probably be the first game at Texas that Swoopes has started with a healthy OL and a full playbook. Last year he was on the short leash of not risking anything to injury.

I believe he will play better than last year.

    Go Horns!

I have hopes Swoopes can turn it loose and run some. Towards the end of last seasons, defenses weren't worried about him taking off. I've heard his speed criticized, but I think Swoopes is faster than the average college quarterback and he's incredibly strong -- he can outmuscle most linebackers and a lot of DEs.

Ty is definitely a big, strong dude. I would love to see him put together a big game and start the season off with confidence. Rooting for him!

ND d line vs TX o line I think will be key of game. We have two freshman o lineman but they EARNED it ... They are maulers!
My second key of game. Sr running back J.Gray, time to step up and run your *** off!
My game ball goes to freshman Wr J.Burt who catches the winning TD as time expires!
    Oh hell yeah!! :yippee:
