Picks and pushing the pile

I am predicting a couple of rule changes next year.
Last night Notre Dame ran the exact same pick play that that was called interference against Fla State last year. Cost them the game last year but almost saved the game last night except for them missing a two point conversion to tie the game. It was pretty blatant but was not called. Clemson played to protect the lead by running every play and it almost cost them. TCU and Baylor and probably lots of others run various forms of the pick and it is seldom called. I am expecting an outcry soon.

Arizona State beat UCLA yesterday. I did not see the game but there was a clip on ESPN where the offensive linemen pushed the runner from the 20 yard line to the goal line. A couple of defensive backs were trying to stop the play but it was like a buffalo herd running down the field. Notre Dame did it against us at least two times and gained at least 10 extra yards until help arrive I assume it is still against the rules but not much has been said since the famous Bush push in the Rose against us. Maybe they do not need to call penalties but call forward progress.

If this is legal where does it stop?

I saw that pick and couldn't believe it was not called. If that's NOT a pick, why the heck are we not doing it?
