Unbelievable, eh? Even a civil court judge would SURELY require the IPD and IISD records to be released ... those which are sealed due to the defendant's being a juvie ... Or ... tell Mr. muslim activist to go butt a stump.

Is anyone shocked that after they made such a bid deal out of leaving our country NOW they want to come back " when they will feel safe"? WTF I am sure they feel safe in Qatar. maybe they shouldn't chance it to come back to this awful evil country.
This is probably a good thing. We will finally get to see all the records that the family wants to hide. The media are such a bunch of clowns with anything involving muslims and schools. When you get both in the same story they go:

To be fair, they're almost surely working on a contingent fee basis. I doubt Clock Boy and his folks can afford to pay anybody much of an hourly fee. Don't assume that. Depending on the records at issue and what's in them, they'll likely be turned over in the discovery process. However, I"m sure the kid and his parents will ask the court to issue a gag order to keep the records confidential even with the case in litigation. Courts usually try to protect children's privacy in the public arena. If that happens and the school leaks the records to the press, they'll be held in the contempt of court and fined, jailed, or both. I hope the City and and school district fight the case, but there's risk. If the kid is telling the truth, he's got a good case. However, I don't buy it, and I don't think a jury will ultimately buy it. Either way, the City and school district need to accept that if it goes wrong in court, it's going to go wrong in the big way, and they could end up writing a big check. I'd take the chance any way. I think the taxpayers would more readily accept writing out a big check standing on principle than writing out a big (albeit smaller) check out of political correctness and fear.

What I find interesting is the quietness of those initially reacting to the Irving PD and ISD. maybe, hopefully, some of ya here have acknowledged your own case of getting punked ... POTUS sure hasn't. Over on the zuckerwire, I was ridiculed for my call to restraint on such castigation of these two entities. All my "enlightened" people were just positive it was an ugly display of bigotry. Another example of uneducated, back water Texans. AFAIK, None of those good people have been able to admit they were wrong either. I know it's probably difficult to impossible to accept my being ridiculed isn't the issue with which I am concerned ... my concern is the inability of too many in this country to recognize the threat. We are in a struggle. This struggle does not originate with the mohammeds, but this example in Irving is certainly one which should wake-up a few ... this was a tactic. It was considered & deliberate. When you're taught to "blend" ... to deceive ... to effectively become the equivalent of a CIA spy ... when you are taught to practice 'taqiyya,' what's "innocent," and what's part of a greater plan? I have not yet been able to discern a "moderate muslim" from one who is supremely fundamental and, only because of current demographic (ie their being a minority) they present themselves as any other American, differing only by their "peaceful religion" which has them wear certain clothes and pray 5x/day toward a specific location. Who is a muslim in name only? A person who is culturally self-identified ... and then who is practicing taqiyya. Maybe this sounds a bit like McCarthyism to someone who wants to believe people are good. A noble gesture, but people are not, by nature, good. This event DOES present the threat and the threat's latest/most atrocious act has spawned the TSA. It quickly followed that terror with the new govt agency's requirement for you to remove your shoes --- and that's the least of the difficulties. Some of us know the enemy because we have been graced with the wisdom to see it ... it's not of ourselves, I promise you, but only by receiving in faith, gaining the personal relationship with our Creator with which we were not born did we gain this.
