Looks like another wet game. Scattered light showers. Announcers are saying scattered thunderstorms but I do not see that on the radar.

 

I wonder if the team wants to play tonight

Daje has been jekyll and Hyde for as long as I can remember. Playing him is like playing russian roulette.

 

Swoopes doesn't fool anyone. And why does he ever run wide?

Gotta say the the D has been incredible so far. I really like the roving down linemen strategy with, at times, only one in a three point stance.

So we run well to the outside and get a first and goal. We then run our fast small running back up the middle twice then go 5 wide and run a QB draw with Heard from the 10.

If we were going to run up the middle 3 times, we might as well have just gone to the swoopes formation. We at least would have gone forward.

 

Man, I hope Jinkins can come back in the game. We need him.

 

Hate the 1st and goal play calling. If you're going to run up the gut, use a big back or Swoopes. And the same play twice?
