Got some tickets to the game only to find out afterward that they have this disclaimer printed on them. The site claim is "Any names that are printed on your tickets merely reflect the original purchaser’s name and have no effect on your entry" but nationwide sites may not be able to know what BS policies every individual school has. Am I screwed now?

Pretty sure you are okay. I don't think anyone is going to care at this point.
Just in case, once you get in the stadium sit in some of the other numerous empty seats.

You are fine. That was a Patterson scare tactic to sell more seats. When you enter the stadium, your ticket is scanned and the name of the original ticket owner shows up on the scanner. They have never, will never, and cannot physically check IDs to go with the tickets, nor do they want to try.

There is one exception. If I lose my tickets, I can go to the front of the stadium, show my TDL, and get them replaced for $5. The stolen, misplaced or lost tickets can them be put into the system, and a person presenting the originals can be taken aside by police for an interview. In the thirty plus years of this system, I've never seen anyone pulled aside.

This 'not eligible for resale' policy was the one SP decision I expected to see Perrin rescind. It would have been fan-friendly. It probably wouldn't have reduced revenue.
Didn't expect ticket prices to decrease. I don't expect parking charge to go away. Parking challenges only increase, going forward .

Yeah we were just fine. Except for being surrounded by drunken Tech fans, several of whom were smoking, too.
