Yes. When we get closer to April we can start a thread or a PM for planning a meetup. It was fun last year.

Spring ball starts March 7 and two of the (potentially) most critical freshmen will be participating. Shackleford (sp) and Buechele

Don't forget the two most important "freshmen," Gilbert and Mattox.

Even after such an incredible recruiting season we had, I'm more excited to see what these guys can do with our offense.

I wouldn't expect too much out of the offense in April. Don't think they will show much to ND until after kick-off in September.

AMEN car54, Get the basics down first and start shakin' out the QB situation.

I'm expecting fireworks. The quarterbacks and wide receivers will be spoiling for an opportunity to shine in the new offense to win reps in the fall. It's uptempo spread offense -- not much of a way to keep that under wraps, though I'm hopeful we'll have some wrinkles Notre Dame hasn't seen before come fall.

My concern is that Heard and Swoopes may look good in practice when they know they can't be lit up...Especially Heard being elusive......A big difference when you have to avoid someone trying to take your head off vs having a stop sign on your chest.
