That depends on my options. Throw Trump or Cruz out there and I may be forced to hold my nose and vote for her only to prevent them from taking residence in the White House. If the R's get some sense and put up Kasich then he's got my vote without a second thought. I might prefer Rubio or Christie to HRC too.

Oh, please, dude. The only option that is going to stop you from voting for HRC is if Bernie beats her out.

Why does she make these grand statements that seem like they would crash back on her?
    this one
and then the one that rape/ assault victims should be believed?

Because she knows the MSM is not going to hold her to account for any of this.

    This is too funny
Hillary says she had no classified material on her server
However, the intelligence community's own IG lacks the high clearance necessary to read some of the material!

It seems reasonable to expect people to handle classified materials like they were expected to as they signed the document that explains the expectations necessary when one does handle said documents and what happens if you break the rules knowingly or not.

General Petraeus fondled away his classified status and accepted the consequences. (insert "don't care had sex" Arkie coach, now Louisville coach) Many junior people mess up and misuse or leak or are careless as they break the law with respect to classified material. Can they just say I am sorry and go on like it didn't happen?(or whatever Hillary said)

Maybe because she and Bill got away with having their dunce steal part of the classified materials that mentioned Bill's handling of OBinLadin they figured they were above the law.

At least if Obama pardons her for her misuse she can claim it was Obama doing it and mea culpa. That gets her past the law breaking. mea culpa alone does not. Another option is yet another dunce gets blamed but that won't work since it was more than hundreds of misuses.

Pardon means conviction. If she falls prey to the same statute as Patraeus, then she is DQd from holding office. Pardon or not

Reportedly they've now determined that she had higher than Top Secret, SAP (Special Access Program) stuff on her server. Couple that with the ongoing investigation that she mingled State Department influence with donations to the Clinton Foundation and you've got yourself one dirty politician.

Sadly the public doesn't seem to care. Seeing Hillary in Orange is just a pipe dream.

If misuse of classified documents isn't a big deal then free all those, and give back access, formerly charged with what Hillary did. Or charge her and get it over with so she can get her pardon.

If ( or when) she does not get charged for this what will be equally stunning is the number of people who would still vote for her including some frequent HF posters.:whiteflag:

As far as this election process is concerned, it is not important whether HRC gets charged. That and whether she might subsequently get pardoned is a politically controlled decision that can be spinned by the Democrats.

What is important is the timing of the FBI report on its investigation. Democratic leaders cannot stop this report from coming out into the public, and it will drastically affect the public's vote in this election. I cannot see how HRC can be favorably reported upon by the FBI so that it can be spun in HRC's favor. FOX has a source(s) from which it is leaking the investigation material. The report will come out to the public when it is available because there definitely seems to be an active investigation. HRC is fighting for her political life right now because Bernie is helping to create a stronger new left in the Democratic party. Therre is silence from the Obama White House when it comes to HRC support. If HRC steps in the wrong direction in this primary election and let Bernie get an electorate lead, the Democratic machinery will have to get the FBI report out there soon enough in order for a white knight like Kerry or Biden to save the day.

Well BO did say Hillary is quite capable.
from BO, "She can govern and she can start here, Day 1, more experienced than any non-vice-president has ever been who aspires to this office," Obama said, clearly tilting toward his former secretary of state but avoiding a full-fledged endorsement."

of course then he scheduled a private meeting with Bernie.

For a lady who preaches about standing up for the marginalized and demonizes the rich/powerful/privelaged she claims the GOP is bought by she sure does get a pass on a lot of things. E.g. Goldman Sachs fees and Clinton Foundation donations.

And of course anyone else with a clearance would have already been charged if they did not even 10% of the email stuff she has done. I wonder what all the analysts who's careers were ruined by honest but criminally negligent classified material violations think of this.

The big difference is that the lies and coverup were done so that BO's election would not be jeopardized by Benghazi. After all, he had the terrorists on the run and had killed Osama bin Laden. You would think that he had pulled the trigger. Instead he was golfing.

How long before a H supporter whines that the news source is biased and therefore the information is suspect.

Kennedy was a House member in 2011
Now holds a post the Dem Party Machine

The number of 'classified' emails released by Hillary into the public now officially in the thousands.

Treating each release as a separate count combined with consecutive sentencing = no sunshine for HRC (ever again).

Any chance BHO and Mitch McConnell have already set the terms of a backroom deal over this? How about "You stop Trump" and "I will let the indictment go forward?"

At a minimum, this is likely "gross negligence" or "reckless disregard"

Unless there are untimely deaths in the FBI, expect indictment at the end of April, maybe mid May.

I say it's not going to happen. The rule of law means nothing to Dems.
