I'd be scared to make the bet if we changed to number of wins from 10 to 6.

In context, he does seem to have been discussing the 12 scheduled regular season games only.

Just grill up a few crows, shred and dice the meat, mix in some diced tomato, onion, fresh ground pepper, some cilantro, fresh squeezed lime juice, and a couple of ripe avocado mashed with a fork...you have...crocamole. Serve with tostado chips.

I've eaten a lot of things where one may question whether it is food or even edible or not, but crow is not one of them.

Just de-bone the sucker, save the beak for a good source of calcium, then bacon wrap the sob, oven roast it with some salt, pepper, cumin, garlic and onion powder, and dress it with some balsamic vinegar. Serve it over a bed of mashed sweet taters, garnish it with a little bit of balsamic vinegar and a sprig of thyme and you'll never eat another fowl or pheasant again!!!

It's a lean meat so keeping it moist is essential

Crow Meat Comes Back -- Boosts Sexual Potency?
In Lithuania, eating crow isn't an exercise in public humiliation, as the English idiom suggests. Here, crow is literally eaten, and says one connoisseur, "it increases sexual potency."

    Any more takers?

Driven through there many times on way to chemical plants. Been to China over 30 times. By the way, I wasn't referring to eating crow specifically, but the phrase said when eating anything that allegedly increases sexual potency ("good for men"). Sort of a dinner time joke.

Gentlemen! Gentlemen! When gracing a table with a dish of crow, no matter whether it be grilled, sautéed, filleted or otherwise, 'tis customary to serve this culinary delight with a triple shot of Old Crow whiskey both before and after the meal to cleanse the pallet, numb the senses, and remove any aftertaste.

In India, where cows are sacred, eating crow as a substitute caused such a population explosion they are now the second most populous nation on earth.

I just spent two weeks back in the motherland...Viet-*******-Nam...after a 16 year absence. We have a saying, anything is game when the taste can be masked with fish sauce. Crow was not tasted on this trip, but pigeon was, and it was delicious sans fish sauce. So really anything is game if you are game enough to try it and don't suck at cooking.

Pigeon is great, it's a Rock Dove. Anything in the Dove family is going to be tasty IMO.

I have dined on dove a couple of times and agree it is tasty... eating crow for the first time this fall will be very tasty to my senses because of the Horns won 10 games but perhaps a bit gamey & bitter to the taste buds.

Perhaps if I drink enough of an adult beverage, it may be OK.

Did you ever listen to Justin Wilson, the cajun comedian? Your post reminded me of him.

He talked about hunting with his “twice-barrel caribbean”

Yea. He made an album and I had it. Some of my Cajun relatives in Louisiana almost talk like that.
