Which foreign policy approach do you prefer?

    If Kagan is right, Russia will eventually capitulate. If he is wrong, nuclear war is in the cards. Assuming Russia capitulates, does that really do much for the average American citizen? How much do we gain? If he's wrong, we better hope the scientists have lied for all these decades about nuclear holocaust. Are you a gambler?
