With Ole Miss handing to aggy, I did something I've never done before: I went to texags.com to see what they were saying about the game. Wow.....
Wait, don't tell me. You were delighted to find sensible discussion and thorough analysis of the game from an intelligent and thoughtful fanbase, amirite?
Man, they are calling for Sumlin's head. What happens if they lose to SC at home next week. Kyle Allen is damaged goods.
Oh wow, same here. Haven't been on TexAgs since last year. But I just had to go see. That board is blowing up. Even talk about a UT/farmer matchup in the Texas Bowl. Most say the Horns would win. Gotta love it.
They didn't do jack in the B12 and they are never going to win the SEC much less the SEC West. It's not going to happen. EVER. lol
Sumlin is a heck of a recruiter but is a terrible at the Xs and Os of football in my opinion. The announcer kept ranting about the defensive end. I will concede he made a very athletic play. However he does NOT play fundamentally sound football. Ole Miss continual ran the football at him for big yardage! The sheep rapers will never win a sec title or NC. They are OVERATED!
I keep hearing that some aggy are saying Sumlin is their Mack Brown..... They wish, aggy would take what Mack Brown did in his 16 years in a heartbeat, they can only wish that Sumlin is their Mack Brown he would be greatest coach in history of that institution.
Tweets like that tells you all you need to know about the aggy mindset--they'll take fiction over fact any day. What a bunch of knuckleheads.
My guilty indulgence was listening to Dave South call much of the 4th quarter on the radio as I drove home last night. South the mouth is always fun to listen to when aggy is obviously going to run out of time. The misery and depression just ooze out of every syllable he utters.
Except for the multiple 10 win seasons, BCS bowl wins, and National Championship, he is EXACTLY like him.
I believe after the 2008 OU game when driving home, I listened to South call the Aggie game against KSU at KSU. I believes the Aggies lost 56-7. Here was South: Hand off, another TD for the wildcats.
