Or better yet, the Left fails to mention there is zero reciprocity from these countries? Mexico b*tches about us not allowing their citizens to stay but would never allow a reversal of roles.

Feel free to illegally cross the border into Mexico and demand protected residency and government handouts. Commit a crime against a citizen on top of it and see how demands for sanctuary go.

Both the Left and Mexico are full of sh*t when making emotional pleas to protect 'innocent' illegals. Neither cares about the individuals in question. One wants more votes and the other wants remittances. And they're more than willing to achieve it through harming American citizens and our economy.

Nope, you will not be imprisoned in about 5 minutes.

It's all up to the good ole US of A to right every other country's wrongs, and we don't do it well enough for the left.

Anyone want to guess who set those California fires?
The temp at the time of arrest was 78 degrees

A suspected arsonist was arrested at Maxwell Farms Regional Park in Sonoma on Sunday afternoon after he was seen leaving a creek bed where a fire was burning, authorities said.

Three Sonoma County Probation Officers patrolling the area because of ongoing fires in the region noticed Jesus Fabian Gonzalez, 29, walking out of the creek area and a plume of smoke behind him, sheriff’s Sgt. Spencer Crum said.

Sheriff’s Deputy John Grohl was called to the scene and extinguished the fire, which was then completely doused by Sonoma Valley Fire Protection District personnel.

Gonzalez was wearing a trench coat and told officers he started the fire because he was cold, Crum said.

Gonzalez lives under a bridge nearby and is well-known to law enforcement, he said.

He was arrested for suspected felony arson and transported to the Sonoma County Jail for booking.

The suspected arsonist, Jesus Fabian Gonzalez, is an illegal alien who has already been deported twice

ICE says it issued 5 (five) detainer requests for him in the past year alone, including this latest one for the arson. But Sonoma County is a sanctuary jurisdiction. Which means it does not cooperate with federal immigration officials on ICE detainer requests.

Acting Director Tom Homan of Immigration and Customs Enforcement says --
“ICE was never notified of Mr. Gonzalez’ various releases.”

This was the greatest wildfire in California history
At least 40 people were killed
    172 are still missing
102,000 people were dislocated — which is ~20% of the entire population of Sonoma County
Losses included 3,819 unincorporated parcels with 100 structures valued at over $2B
Santa Rosa lost 2,907 homes plus 86 commercial properties valued at over $1B

Can we let California be its own nation of idiots already? They are too much of a drain on the taxpayers...it is only fair to let them sink on their own.

If this guy set all 17 fires that started inside of 2 hours within a 20 mile radius the guy is lightning fast or at least an automobile yet still living under a bridge.

If he's guilty, throw the book at him.

If he set ONE, it is ONE more than he would have been able to set in the United States if local authorities would have held him for the deportation proceedings. DO NOT make excuses for an illegal piece of crap arsonist...this is on the local jurisdiction. I hope local property owners finally wake up and smell what their crappy local government has foisted upon them.

You sound like OJ Simpson. There were 7 drops blood of the two victims in his bronco and his driveway and his response to that was.......(wait for it)....... If I murdered two people by slicing their throat, wouldn't I have more than just 7 drops of blood in my bronco and driveway? Wait what? HE SHOULDN'T HAVE ANY DROPS OF BLOOD of the victims in his driveway or bronco. SH, how can you miss the main point of any fires being started?

FWIW, the Sonoma County Sheriff is claiming JoeFan's story is BS. Thank you Brietbart.

An illegal immigrant was arrested for starting a fire under a bridge where he was living. Only Brietbart would make the leap to claiming he was the source of the wildfires.

An illegal alien living under a bridge in a sanctuary city. Great sanctuary. Wonderful contribution he’s making to the United States. Why exactly do the libs support this nonsense?

We need to offer to send Canada $2,500 for every refugee they accept. We can put Justin on the spot for refusing refugees. $2500 would be so much cheaper than the expense we incur bringing them here and it would still give a viable outlet for refugees in need of real assistance.

Canada might do it, they might sell out. And, if so, it wont be that long before they accept too many and we will need "The Wall: Northern Annex"

Sadly, the cross-aisle collaboration that was displayed in the Gang of Eight would have eliminated this program. Schumer was part of that group. Does anyone think that collaboration can exist in todays political climate?

Schumer championed what was a bi-partisan bill with bi-partisan support in 1990.

Now both sides will simply walk back to their respective corners and hurl verbal epithets at each other.

Chuckles Schumer promised that his “diversity visa” lottery program would let in roughly 50,000 per year.

However, “chain migration” has allowed in an additional 3.45 immigrants per "lottery winner." This rule has let in an additional 3,803,187. This represents ~345% more than promised

When accounting for chain migration, the visa lottery may have brought in more than 3.8 million people in total since 1994. Despite its supporters' assurances that the visa lottery is responsible for only 50,000 immigrants in any given year, chain migration means that the program actually accounts for perhaps 165,000 new immigrants per year because of earlier lottery winners sponsoring their relatives."
