What's with the prospect rankings?

For the second year in a row (2019 and 2018) Scout appears to think Georgia has better football players than Texas. Three times as many people in Texas (28M to 10) yet they are supposed to have a lot more 5 star and top 100 than Texas.

And, no respect for linemen in Texas.

Are these SEC bias issues or real?

 

Does Scouts sell subscriptions?

 

I would never subscribe to his service again.
