Also, I remember hearing Bully Gilstrap (there is a name from the past that will resonate with some of you old timers) talk about a home run that Lou Gehrig hit in an exhibition game in the late 1920's against the Horns (when they came here to play) that went over the center field fence and across Red River up in the yard of the old mansion that used to stand on the other side of Red River.
