WTF?, ESPN only has an online feed in SPANISH!! This ain't the World Cup, it's the College World Series. Putting their video on, muting it, and will bring up Will and Keith for audio. Better play by play anyway. S M H ....
The link of the radio feed to texassports.com no worky. But, you can opt out of the Spanish coverage on the video by selecting "UmpCam" which is kind of cool. No play by play, live video feed with real audio, various camera cuts, almost like being in the park. Better than hearing an announcer scream as Florida just scored a run with "GOOOOOOAAAAALLLLLLLLL!!!!!!"
Yup, a relative of mine in Florida is the biggest Gator fan in the free world. Would love for the Horns to send the Gators home!!!
Periodic updates are appreciated guys as I cannot use another device to track from work other than HF... thanks
Announcers just asked local weatherguy: "It's muggy down there." Base paths look spotty but not sloppy wet. A bit overcast, but not too bad. Crowd about 1/2 full stadium; it's a Tuesday afternoon. Horns home team in Stormtrooper all-whites. Just got out of a bases loaded no out top of 2nd. Still 1-0 UF over goodguys.
Top 3rd, Gators on 1st and 2nd, Horns catch them in double steal not done well by FL, Jake from 1st base ultimately gets advance runner in shortstop area. Still UF runners on 1st, 2nd, 2 outs, Shugart comes in to relieve.
This team must hold a record for pop up flys. I have not counted but there are way too many per game. Everybody wants to launch the long ball, and they are not capable, and therefore they pop it up. Whatever happened to the level swing and hitting line drives? The old Texas Leaguer" scored a lot of runs and won a lot of games. This love affair with the the "long ball" by those not good enough to make it happen drives me crazy.
Shugart gets 1st two to fly out, then HBP, then base hit, then another K. He's throwing 97 mph fastballs. Bottom of 5th, 1-0.
