Without knowing the details, Manafort's lawyers did file court motions claiming Mueller's charges of Manafort were outside the SC order. That line seems to be a pretty large catch-all.

This morning, Cohen’s lawyer Lanny Davis states that Cohen will tie Trump to Russian collusion. Most likely this move is designed to give the Democrats Congress. The assertion that Cohen can prove Trump colluded with Russia doesn’t have to be backed up. If the assertion can be kept alive for about 11 more weeks until the election, the phony allegation will have achieved the desired result. On the other hand, if Cohen is scheduled to present evidence for the claim in time to be refuted before the midterms, I wouldn’t be surprised to hear Cohen suddenly died of a heart attack.
