aggy ought to know that once a man has had an experience like coaching at THE University of Texas, their pathetic little backwater program won't be able to hold onto him for long.
As I said in the other thread, good hire. Greg Robinson did a good job at UT in 2013 and at San Jose State after. Remember Brown and Robinson are no older than Nick Saban... they just do not dye their hair.
Excellent hire. That is two good coach hires. Test will be who he brings on as S&C and OC. Hiring the "usual suspects" will derail his efforts before he can even get started.
I'm so old I remember when the NC fans were all telling us we did them a favor taking MB off their hands.
Wellllll, yes, except for that one period of time, starting about 2009 through 2013 where, lets just say, he got a wee bit lazy.
In high school I worked at a gas station on weekends and remember we also checked the water, oil, wiper blades and cleaned the windows. During the winter we would check the anti freeze. I just loved to drain a quart of liquid out of the radiator to make room for a quart of anti freeze. Of course it was going to freeze that night.
I remember the full service stations. You never got out of your car, just told them to "fill it up" or whatever and they checked the oil, etc
Wonder if they hated those top-10 finishes and enjoyed 1998-2009, when they won 2 bowl games and 4 seasons of 3-wins or fewer?
True. Although in 14 seasons from 1987-2000 Florida State never lost more than 2 games in a season, lost 1 or 0 games 8 of those 14 times, and went 11-3 in bowls. So Mack was hardly the only one.
I believe it just went up with the Governer's fuel tax hike to 47.3 cents per gallon plus the 2,25% sales tax on gasoline.
Paid $4.60 for 91 octane Tuesday but that was high. I’d say $3.50 to $4.00 here in SoCal. What’s it there, $2.25?
