From todays WSJ -- full article

“A Department of Justice team led by U.S. Attorney John Durham is separately exploring the extent to which a number of countries, including Ukraine, played a role in the counterintelligence investigation directed at the Trump campaign during the 2016 election. While the Attorney General has yet to contact Ukraine in connection with this investigation, certain Ukrainians who are not members of the government have volunteered information to Mr. Durham, which he is evaluating.”

The definitive answer to the obvious question—what’s that about?—is known only to Mr. Durham and his colleagues. But publicly available reports, including by Andrew McCarthy in his new book, “Ball of Collusion,” suggest that during the 2016 campaign the Federal Bureau of Investigation tried to get evidence from Ukrainian government officials against Mr. Trump’s campaign manager, Paul Manafort, to pressure him into cooperating against Mr. Trump. When you grope through the miasma of Slavic names and follow the daisy chain of related people and entities, it appears that Ukrainian officials who backed the Clinton campaign provided information that generated the investigation of Mr. Manafort—acts that one Ukrainian court has said violated Ukrainian law and “led to interference in the electoral processes of the United States in 2016 and harmed the interests of Ukraine as a state.”

Here is Sidney Powell's letter to AG Barr regarding how Michael Flynn was set up in an attempt to "take out" Trump. The letter is from early June but released this week after a few redactions. Since then, Powell has made document production requests, and asked the judge to hold the Govt in contempt for failure to produce. To date, they havent responded to the document request

NBC suspends the girlfriend of Kyle Frese. She as a reporter there who slept with a source to get her story.

Interestingly, NBC had no repercussions for male management who covered for Weinstein to protect anal rapist Matt Lauer

I know you did not intend that the dude should be beheaded for leaking classified info but maybe he should. How do we have so many slimy people with access to our sensitive info?

Dude had Top Secret Security Clearance. Before the DIA job, Frese was with defense contractor Booz Allen Hamilton. The same place that gave us Harold Thomas Martin and Snowden. Cannot make this stuff up

The two "journalists" involved were CNBC's Amanda Macias and MSNBCs’ Courtney Kube
He was boinking one of them, maybe both, who knows?

I agree that something extreme has to be done to these traitors that are leaking classified info. The people that are suppose to serve us has run amok. We’ve lost control and as long as there isn’t any consequences it will only get worse. If the media did their job and be American’s watch dogs and not serve the liberal party it would take care of itself. But that’s not where we are now.

Flynn's lawyer Sidney Powell with another motion -- demanding the DOJ "produce evidence that has only recently come into [the DOJ's] possession"
Justice would be for her to nail Andrew Weissmann to the wall for the second time in her professional career

Something else interesting about this piece is that dude unintentionally admits that the "Intelligence Community" is "tracking" John Durham, reporting back to its allies in and outside the Govt, and then using third parties to leak their opinion to the media. That is quite the admission

One of the indictments could be for Lisa Page who "edited" the Flynn 302's.
In addition, James Clapper basically told WAPO reporter Ignatius to "take the kill shot on Flynn"
This all adds up to "Government misconduct" which could and probably should lead to a reversal of the Flynn conviction. Sidney Powell has won cases on appeal in the past which have resulted in reversals of convictions, for "Govt misconduct."

These are from the filings by Sidney Powell

Powell also says that the Govt concealed the infamous Strzok-Page texts, which began an avalanche of evidence about misconduct, until literally the day after Flynn plead guilty. Then they belatedly sent him the records by sending a link to the Daily Caller and some other guy's Scribd account.

This may not be ultimately determinative of the Flynn matter, but I can tell you from personal experience that federal judges do not like federal govt attys behaving this way. So it certainly does not help the Andrew Weissmann/Bob Mueller side.

Here is an example of the result of one of Lisa Page's edits

Contemporaneous notes from 2 FBI agents: 'Flynn does not remember making 4-5 calls to Ambassador Kislyak from the Dominican Republic”

Strzok's final report: ‘Flynn remembered making 4-5 calls that day about this issue, but that the DR was a difficult place to make a call'

So Rep John Ratcliffe is one of only 4 House members who have reviewed every known classified document surrounding the 2016 political surveillance, Spygate and the use of the FISA court; including John Brennan’s two-page ‘electronic communication’ that started the FBI investigation.

Here he discusses what potential criminal activity John Durham is investigating and carefully uses certain words such as “FISA act and court.“ It's subtle but if you have been following along its powerful.
