When the DNC forces Joe30330 into the nomination, the far left will stay home for the election.

Better yet, maybe one of the lefties (Tulsi?) will run as a third-party candidate and really splinter the Democratic vote.

Good grief, it must be exhausting to be a modern day SJW liberal.

So now Bloomberg is getting in the race. How many white men will that make in the Democratic primary? Shouldn't they step aside and let a historically oppressed and underrepresented minority candidate have a turn? I guess Mayor Pete can stick around since he kisses dudes, but what's Biden's excuse?

Why wouldn't he jump in? Biden is looking less and less capable. Klobuchar isn't catching on. After them, it's a cavalcade of freaks and weirdos. Bloomberg is at least a relatively sane adult who has appeal to other sane adults.

But he's a rich guy. Isn't that who the Left blames all their woes on? You know, the screaming at the air vagina hat people?

If Kanye gets elected in 2024 wouldn't he be the first black President?

I also think Don Jr. is going to run.

Only when it's convenient. A rich guy can buy his righteousness by helping Democrats.

This is silly. Bill Clinton was president in 1992.

Being facetious. Just trying to stay consistent with the anti-white male identity ethos of the left.

Unfortunately the math looks bad for him. He will split Biden's 25% but I don't see him getting much of Warren/Sanders/Harris/Yang share which is nearly half the primary voters. I don't think blacks will care for him either which is a killer.

Bloomberg has the advantage of unlimited funding $$$$$ and lots of free media coverage--including by his own media companies. Don't underestimate that in this media-driven age. Talk about a massive unfair advantage... In that sense, he could be the Trump of the Democratic Party.

He also strikes me as smarter than the current crop of candidates, save perhaps Yang.

His big hurdle: how well will he play down South (outside Florida)?

My instinct is that he would mop the floor with Trump in Penn, Mich, Wisc-- most of the Great Lakes swing states that Trump won last election. Ohio, I don't know? He would also perform well in Florida.

    Re: Bloomberg

The radicals in the Democratic Party really hate this guy, so he'll have to win heavily among the regular, moderate, center-left Democrats to even get the nomination.

What Bloomberg should do is pitch cross-over voting heavily in the primary. Promote Republicans and Independents to vote in the Democratic primary--for him. You know Trump will be the Republican nominee, wouldn't you rather have me then socialists like Warren? This will likely work in the states with open primaries, which could carry him, along with landslides in the NY, NJ, and CT primaries.

Purdy sure heterosexuals are the backbone of our society. Without them, there wouldn't be any of those trans, cis, nonconforming, whatevers.

I get the Bloomberg Business feed -- they are constantly negative Trump.
With Michael in the race, I would argue that those the constant negative messaging becomes an "in-kind" contribution
