The swamp is crowded with slime. As much as I hate what Trump and his family are going through every day from the Dems and media the fiasco is shining a light on the scum

This is complete and total horseshyte
They pushed their dossier at every reporter and dishonest politician in DC. When that was done, they gave it to the DOJ spouse of a Fusion employee to push it at the DOJ (which is an illegal pay-to-play but who is counting? It's not like the Ohrs lied to Congress about a legal act as Roger Stone did).

Not exactly a headline on CNN, but check out what Kevin Clinesmith was texting the day after Trump beat Clinton anyway --

“My god damned name is all over the legal documents investigating his staff"

    Yeah buddy, it is

The liberal media is trying to slide it by calling him "low level staffer" but its not true. He is pretty high up the food chain

In addition, they have been using the word "BOMBSHELL" alot lately for 4th-hand-hearsay and other such nonsense. Well this FISA perjury really is a BOMBSHELL, even if the liberal media does not want to cover it. This was for the Carter Page FISA warrant which started the whole FBI investigate all the way through Mueller. it's a very big deal.

Check out what severe-Trump-hater Preet Bharara (of all people) had to say

When I found out Carter Page wasn't interviewed I knew something wasn't right.

Everyone who is named and/or quoted in the IC report was given pulled sections that involve them personally and was given a chance to request edits/corrections. This is where the leaks started coming from that we are seeing now.

Everyone except Carter Page. Despite the fact that he was the subject of the FISA warrant, despite the fact that he was debriefed by the IC after every overseas trip and despite the fact that he has made numerous formal requests to be allowed the same courtesy as everyone else named in the IG report, he has been denied every time. This is as of yesterday.

Furthemore, Carter Page might have a viable Bivens action against all the people who signed and kept re-signing those multiple FISA applications. It was his 4th Amendment rights which they were knowingly violating, while acting in their official capacities. I might even be willing to donate to a gofundme for that. Looks at those names. Those would be some great depositions. Not to mention, given that we know that these signatories were warned at least 5 separate times that the underlying basis for the FISA application, the Steele Dossier, was unverified and from a politically biased source, Page may have a winner on his hands.

The probe by John Durham has expanded into the Pentagon and its contracting of Stephan Halper. Halper was one of the spies the Obama DOJ/FBI put into the Trump Campaign. One of the people he was spying on was George Papadopoulos
Durham Probe Expands to Pentagon Office That Contracted FBI Spy Stephan Halper

They were using their FISA wiretaps of Papadopoulos to pry into some of his business deals, including a natural gas pipeline that would supply Europe, bypass Turkey and upset Russia. Here is what Papdopoulos said in 2018 and now

In Dec 2018, Israel, Greece and Cyprus signed a natty gas deal to carry gas from the Mediterranean to Europe -- at $7 Billon, it was no small project
Israel, Greece, Cyprus to ink natural gas pipeline deal

The Govt asked for a delay in the Flynn case
Kinda weird since they have argued for a long time Powell is on a "fishing expedition" and no delay was justified
The suggestion is now that they want to see the IG Report first. It is possible the DOJ attorney who perjured himself on the Carter Page FISA application was also involved in the Flynn case -- it was a relatively small group of people who were doing all this

"Late Tuesday, federal prosecutors filed a motion to cancel the briefing due in mid-December in the Michael Flynn criminal case.

In early September, D.C. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan had ordered the government to file a supplemental sentencing memorandum by December 2, 2019, and directed Flynn’s new attorney, Sidney Powell, to file a supplemental sentencing memorandum for the retired general by December 10, 2019. Judge Sullivan had then set a December 18, 2019, date for Flynn’s sentencing.

But now, after having previously argued stridently that there was no reason to delay Flynn’s sentencing, the government has asked the long-time federal judge to put both the briefing and the sentencing hearing on hold.....

Here, Eli Lake (of all people) pushing back against a NYT piece
The Obama people also did this to obtain surveillance warrants that would allow access to past communications with campaign members as well as continued communications between ex-campaign members and current members.
In short, they were spying on the campaign

Carter Page did sue, but he's not doing it right, IMO. He accuses them of “Orwellian overreach” and while that appears correct, it is not winnable cause of action. But he still has time to fix it

If Horowitz is actually trying to pull this nonsense (as the NYT is saying he is ) he is destroying his credibility. Does he expect us to believe this?

The Mueller-Weissmann team deleted 19,000 text messages between star-struck lovers Lisa Page and Peter Strzok

    Was this obstruction of justice?

    What were they covering up?

Watching excerpts of the recent interview, Page just looks guilty as hell. As if she's trying to get ahead of the shitstorm and take on the role of a victim. I'm kinda looking forward to this can of worms. Total reform is needed

Oooof -- I dont see how any reasonable person could trust Strzok in this situation

"The inspector general and I arranged an agreement where I would go through my personal accounts and identify any material that was relevant to FBI business and turn it over,” Strzok said. "It was reviewed. There was none. The inspector general was satisfied.”

I remember that one of the republicans asked Horowitz if he also believed in the tooth fairy for coming to that absurd conclusion. Big surprise that Husker bought into that ********.
