Didnt even think about that. Thats probably what it is since she is staying with a host family. She probably would have stayed on campus if she were to come early. Which ever way its good she is in austin and can get to go to the tournament matches

And, she technically hasn't signed yet. Elliott has been badgered by the fans about her status. And since she hasn't signed, he's not allowed to say why she hasn't signed. Just said, "Things are getting worked"

As long as everything gets worked out and she is at Texas by August 2020 I'm good

Did anyone request post season tickets? Do you know when we will be notified if we get them?

I'm a season ticket holder and got the early email offering tickets. I received them last Monday.

Oh no! Ok I looked at my bank account and see that they gave me a partial refund (by partial I mean only 1/3 of what I paid). I'm guessing that means maybe I did get tickets, but at a lesser tier? I have not received anything from them at all.

Side note- I would love to become a season ticket holder because it's just getting so hard to get into Gregory anymore. Is it possible to see where your tickets are before you commit to buying them? I would hate to pay for season tickets and then get stuck in the upper level end court seats.

I am a season holder too but I have not received my tickets. Ordered them the first available day.

Well, I just checked my mail, and apparently they came yesterday. They are definitely a lesser tier, but hey, at least we're in the building.

Season tickets, with seats, have become very hard to come by - although it is very frustrating to see seats constantly empty near mine year round. You'd have to buy season tickets and then, hope you can upgrade them over time. I had an odd situation where I got my good seats my first year, and then every year since the person on the other end of the line for my upgrade says, "Uhhh, looks like there are no better seats for you to upgrade to."

Is it ever possible to buy a good ticket say like in front of the gym before a game? Has scalping made it to volleyball?? I live in Dallas so season tix are out of the question but would like to go to a game with good seats occasionally.

don't know about scalping but I just bought 2 gen admission to the upcoming games. Couldn't get two reserved but GA are good enough for me. Hookem Ladies!!!

For the Friday game, I'm sure that some fans of the teams that lost on Thursday would like to ditch the tickets they can no longer use.

I don't have season tickets, so I usually try to buy for a few games a year. It's gotten harder and harder to get into Gregory over the past few years, which is great for the program. I have been wanting VB games to move to the new Moody Center once it's built, but I doubt that will happen. I DO love the atmosphere in Gregory, but I used to go to 5 or so games a year, and this year I have only gone to one so far. Now I will say, I'm kind of picky with seats, so I won't go if all that's available is a corner seat.

This year it seemed like StubHub was your best bet, but they could get really pricey! I was able to grab tickets to the Baylor game for only $25/per in section 3, but that was a rarity. Most of the time good seats on StubHub were $50-100 per seat per game.

I requested tickets pretty quickly for the post season and I got section 133, row 3. Not too bad. I'd rather be lower, but at least it's not end court. Plus I have no loyalty points since I'm not a season ticket holder or foundation member. I'm a teacher... definitely not in my budget.

No one scalps outside Gregory. You occasionally see season ticket holders giving away an extra or two. Your best bet is stub hub. https://www.stubhub.com/texas-longh...YGkMG1gIArbHjt_7ev70XYKt4wAih3Jbgswtr5Ux-9QOo

With respect to the whole good seat thing, there isn't a bad seat in the house. If you've ever sit in the upper deck of the FEC, less than the 20 yard line/end zone/ upper deck at DKR; then any seat at Gregory is 1000 times better than that. It will also be a helluva lot cheaper.

Uhhh, the seats blocked by the steel girders are bad. I see people spotting empty seats up there, scurry there quickly and then figure out there's a reason the seats next to the girders are free!

Uhhhhh, those technically aren't seats anyone is expected to sit in. They aren't marking reserved seats and forcing anyone to sit behind a steel girder.

On a related note, I've been told the seat allotments for the schools went up from 100 to 200 per school. That's a lot of tickets for Albany and UCSB. I'm guessing Texas State might not even claim 200. The point being schools will return their unused allotments tomorrow and UT will make those available. They should all be lower level seats.

Not 2019 but has anyone heard of her? She is a freshman and is getting recruited by oregon, Oklahoma, auburn, iowa state, tcu and she attended two baylor matches one of them being vs Texas. She definitely resembles presley so I hope Texas is going after her

Gregory was more empty tonight than I've seen it in a while. If it's the same tomorrow I'm gettin' better seats!

White and Logan need to get their serves in. No aces and 4 error each will get you beat against good competition.

Game time for Louisville vs. Texas is 3pm on Friday. Terrible for anyone working, but I guess the FL/MN game is more worthy of the later air time.

Usually the higher ranked team plays the earlier match to give a bit more rest before the game the next night.
