For the love of God, if you believe any higher power or have any moral values Shaka, DO NOT PLAY THE SECOND HALF. Forfeit and take the 0-1 loss!
As I've stated before, I can't watch a Shaka coached team. I heard on Twitter about the massacre., though. My heart goes out to the players.
I do not watch either, but a friend texted me midway through WVU's 28-2 run that this was an epic train wreck worth seeing for its absurdity alone. I have to admit, I have never seen anything like it.
This game helps me better understand Kiffin being fired on the tarmac. It won’t happen, but I would applaud Chris if he pulled the plug now, and bought Shaka a ticket home on a different plane.
This is actually getting worse, and I am pretty West Virginia has been playing their backups in the second half.
Hopefully this is the equivalent of the Route 66. Unfortunately this won’t be the last beat down this season. Shaka really is clueless at this level.
The commentators even mentioned that all the WVU backups/walk ons are creating their highlight reels right now
At what level does Shaka become less clueless? I didn’t get to play until eighth grade, but my granddaughter and grandson started about age 6. I saw better coaching there and it was for free.
Commentator: "If you are Shaka, you have set goals. Can you get it down to only being down 30? Can you keep it within 40?" #goals
Remember all the excitement buildup when Shaka used to put his players through boot camp? Oh, how we were fooled.
That’s because Barnes teams, whatever other faults they may have had, played tough and with heart. Cannot say the same about this team. You can tell by rebounding which is mostly effort and this team routinely begets worked over on the boards. They are a reflection of the coach.
So I walked into a bar and looked at the TV and we are down 40..... I look around then back at the TV. Yup its 40. I squint hoping to see this is like ESPN Classic or some **** but it says LIVE. Then I see Shaka and Im like Da Fuk? Like literally what the F.....
The only reason Shaka is still employed in Austin has to be strictly a financial matter, right? He is clearly not qualified to run a competitive program.
How much longer does CDC put up with this? At some point, there is serious long term damage being done to this program and the athletic department in general. This is embarrassing for the whole university.
I got home from work and as I am walking in door get text that Horns are down 25 at the half, never bothered to turn on game, I am one who finds no fascination with train wrecks.
