5 teams from the Big 12 should make a competitive year.

I would rather work and earn the way to Top 10 so I'm fine with the ranking.

Something about pre-season polls and tits on a warthog but I digress...

I see a few things out of whack on that poll but it's not even worth getting into. Can't even believe I'm saying this.. I mean truly... but for the first time in probably ever : we are actually ranked too low.

This was similar (but not exactly word for word -lol) to my reaction, but I thought I'd post the thread anyway.
Even tits on a warthog are interesting in the offseason.

Unless bad coaching or lack of hunger from the players creeps in (or whatever it is that has had us lousy for years) this team is going to show they are way better than #23.

Give me at least 9 wins, and I'll be satisfied that we are moving the right direction. Charlie destroyed us.

Disagree, we are strong this year. We have talent and experience. We are going to beat some upper echelon teams and compete for the playoffs. We will step on necks and mash on throats and they will think "is this the new longhorns? What happened to the soft longhorns?". It's coming. Like standing on a beach and seeing a tsunami bearing down. Man I'm feeling it.
    Ok, I'm more relaxed now.
I did watch Lee ermey in Full Metal Jacket earlier this evening.
