2022 QB Quinn Ewers (6'3,195) of Southlake Carrol is the MaxPreps National Sophomore of the Year with 3,998 pass yards and 45 TDs + 583 yards rushing with 9 rush TDs. He grew up a UT fan but also has over 20 offers already (including us, ou, Alabama, and Auburn). ou is pushing hard using the Baker/Murray Heisman angle. Alabama is in frequent contact and Auburn has Cade McCrary, the former Lake Travis (and Longhorn) WR under Chad Morris. McCrary is now on Riley Dodge's staff.
