Multiple levels to this. I don't have a problem with her publicizing it. Waiting 20 years to do so is absurd.

I also don't have a problem with her doing nude scenes but expecting a guy in a totally different context not to start talking about his junk. That isn't his place. I don't understand why some guys think it's appropriate to start talking about their dicks with people they barely know. Most normal guys talk about their junk with two people - their wives and their doctors.

Having said that, I do marvel that the biggest and most frequent offenders in this sort of thing seem to happen in areas in which the Left dominates - media and politics. It's also remarkable that people who generally crap on modesty and celebrate outward sexual expression freak out when someone behaves in an overtly sexual and immodest manner.

He is doing his best to telegraph his decision. The trial attorneys at this point need to be fighting for a complete record. Get everything in they can so there would be something to appeal. Absent a complete record, it wont be appealed.

If this is the judge I think it is, he was nominated by Clinton for the DC then Obama for the 2d Cir and now has senior status back at the trial level. The Chief Judge for that circuit probably called him up and got him to agree to take it. The fix was in from the start. And he knows how to kill it with no chance for a successful appeal.

Hopefully it will not discourage someone else from doing it again. And make that somewhere in the 5th Cir.
