    Yes, I have seen Tapper question things but he pretty much accepts whatever Biden or any other Dem says, doesn't he?

    The Biden campaign will come up with a list of ridiculous demands supposedly from the Trump campaign they certainly couldn't agree with and the MSM will spin it as Trumps fault.

    Pretty much

    He's also been drowned out by his fellow cnn talking heads. They get more face time than Jake

    Jake's in the Biden corner, no doubt, but at least he will question the left's stances at times
    That would be the end of Joe if that was the case. I could see it happening but it won't fly in the battleground states

    I don't think that's a particularly effective ad. Yes, he obviously uses a teleprompter a lot and says stupid things when he doesn't. However, very few Americans give a crap about that. I'd rather see ads of him mollycoddling an accused rapist in Wisconsin and rationalizing for rioters and cop-haters. I'd rather see ads of Democrats opposing the travel restrictions and saying to go party in Chinatown.

    Don't attack that poor old man personally, that's what democrats do. Attack what the poor old man stands for; socialism, open borders, mob rule, identity politics, critical race theory, defunding police, defunding the military, globalism, etc. etc.

    Yea This was an honest mistake
    "The Michigan secretary of state misprinted the Trump line on ballots intended to be mailed to troops serving overseas, the Detroit News reported.

    Jocelyn Benson, who has endorsed President Trump’s rival, Joe Biden, and spoke at the recent Democratic National Convention (DNC), made the apparent error. The ballot listed Jeremy Cohen as Trump’s running mate. Cohen is running for vice president on the libertarian ticket with Jo Jorgensen."

    If the Democrats were smart, they would:

    (1) steer clear of all the divisive race-based stuff;
    (2) address the riots by simply saying they're happening on Trump's watch, and there were no significant riots during the Obama/Biden administration;
    (3) focus on protecting social security, medicare, and the other popular things the government does + scare the old people in Florida that the GOP wants to cut into their SS and medicare;
    (4) have Biden pressing palms daily in places like Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, etc., and reading off a script, but speaking as little as possible + keep him away from young women and little girls;
    (5) make up some better excuses to keep Biden from having to debate Trump.

    If they'd do that, the Dems would probably win.

    Regarding (2), there were riots in Ferguson, Dallas, and Charlotte just to name 3. How do you think BLM started?

    Yeah but they can't, anymore than a leopard can get rid of his spots.

    1. The Democrat party is entirely based around race baiting. It's why they so easily went from race hustling white voters from 1877 to 1965, to race hustling black voters since then. Same message "You'd be rich but those (blacks 1877-1965) (whites 1965-present) are stealing your money and keeping you down".

    2. They can't disavow the riots, when their base is both doing the rioting and fully supports it.

    3. Trump has never talked about cutting SS or Medicare. So unlike walking chumps like Paul Ryan, he's not vulnerable to "you want to kill granny". Now the debt has exploded in the last 3 years, but it always would have. There are 8 people in the whole country who care about the debt - me, Mr. Deeze, and 6 others. Not a winning electoral strategy.

    4. Biden can't go out in public and meet and greet like any other, non-senile person running for office. Like a lot of people with dementia, he can't be trusted not to become upset or angry at the drop of a hat. You saw that with Slow Joe during the primary, when he got angry with the auto worker in Michigan who asked him about guns, or the woman in New Hampshire, or the guy in Iowa. He immediate went to insults - calling the Iowa guy fat and changeling him to a push up contest, calling the woman in NH a lying dog earned pony solider, and just being nasty to the guy in Michigan.

    Thankfully for him, the media played their loyal role as Democrat suck asses, and said "Yeah!!! That'll show you stupid voter! Don't mess with Joe!". But Slow Joe at this point can't be trusted to interact with anyone who's not part of the show.

    5. Will be interesting to see about the debate. I had thought they just wouldn't schedule them at all - come up with a list of demands too terrible for Trump to accept, or just say that it's beneath Slow Joe's dignity to debate. But the first one in in about 2 weeks.

    Either they felt they had to, and are hoping for the best, or think they can dope him up enough for him to make it through the debate, then have the media hit the send button on the email they wrote (after allowing the Biden campaign to edit it, review, and make changes) that afternoon, saying how wonderful Biden looked and sounded.

    Your #1 does not explain FDR, Truman, or Kennedy. Of those three, Truman was the only real civil rights proponent (and a substantial proponent he was), but neither FDR nor Kennedy went around stirring the pot to drum up White votes based on racial prejudice. As for Truman, he (like FDR and Kennedy) came before your 1965 cut off.

    I'm all for absentee ballots for the folks who will be out-of-town on election day, but mail it in well before the election for crying out loud!

    Which is EXACTLY the sort of thing that absentee voting was designed to address. And the numbers are generally small enough that it doesn't overwhelm the elections staff.

    This mass-mailing crap is the hanging-chad of this cycle...you WILL have debates over whether something was actually postmarked or not. Guarantee it...there will be bundles of envelopes that someone runs through a meter and then hangs on to. And many of the postage meter envelopes never show a cancellation, so it will be impossible to verify when it actually got into the drop-box...

    I haven't paid much attention to the mail-in ballots. Who is driving it, or do I even need to ask? Why is this even allowed to happen? Is it the House driving it? Can the RINO controlled Senate do anything ever to stop anything the Dems do or attempt to do?

    Well fk me running. This pretty much sews up PA for Hiden. If MN,WI , PA, MI, NH go Hiden, it's in the books. I was counting on PA because Michigan will be stolen for sure and the others are an uphill struggle

    Why will Michigan be stolen? Are they giving out ballots like candy too?
