The white privilege campaign, just like virtue signaling, is a political tool concocted by the Left to destroy any and all dissent to the Liberal Industrial Patronage Complex. The author of this article apparently believes (or is cynically posing) that Biden, an old white inside the Beltway lifer is sincerely repenting for the color of his skin. This is the most pathetic situation I've ever seen.

All designed to grease the skids back into power. NONE OF IT has anything to do with the economy or our standing as an undivided nation, the world's pre-eminent military and economic super power, on the world stage. The Democrats are solely about power and their methods are despicable.

The irony is that the abuse of black people by the police is a local matter. It is the Mayor/City Council of the given cities that have the power to change the culture. But they dodge it (in Democrat strongholds) and want to federalize it because they can't stop crime (or even talk about it in a meaningful manner because it's not PC) and they can't control the union (further irony). In the end, disciplining rogue police officers in a proportionate way should be easy for all of us to handle.

I was born white, male and in Texas. If I fail at anything it is my own fault because I was born with great privilege even if my parents were poor. I feel bad for the blacks who think all the bad cards are based on their race alone. I can attest that getting profiled by the cops or beaten by them for trifles is not a black only thing. Some of them don't realize this and are thus doubly burdened.

Of course I wasn't born rich like that draft dodging pos in the white house with his gold digging clothes horse of a wife who still can't speak English too well.

But I suspect he didn't marry her for her conversational skills.

I watched a few minutes of his speech last night and never heard so much arrogant bragging. And the people who like to think of themselves as conservative just lap it up. At least the left wing democrats know Biden is not their guy.

After he retires to civilian life Trump will have a cable show and will blow and blow and blow to his heart's content. Maybe he and Limbaugh can partner up and explain why Clinton's tax increases did not create rampant inflation.


What I really want to hear is why the GOP congress declined to fund his wall or much of anything else he proposed except of course the tax cuts that one would expect any republican to get.

McConnell and company are going to be so glad to be rid of him; can you see Cornyn and Cruz popping the champagne corks when President Bone Spurs leaves office?

I have no use for Biden, much less the left wing of the party, but watching this jerk last night was like seeing Professor Irwin Corey.

Nice rant hui. You leave no questions about how you feel. All I’d say is I’ve never known a Pres that wasn’t stuck on themselves and self promotion, particularly election time. I guess there was some humility with Carter now I try and come up with one, but that is another story line.
I do completely agree the bulk of the GOP would celebrate his removal but my view is they would relish it for different reasons than I suspect you believe. I think it is because he is not one of them as I’ve expressed before. Their animosity knows no bounds, just as the democrats.

With all of the early voting available how hard is it to show up in person?

 

Other than for truly disabled people who can't show up, I'm not a fan of absentee voting, and I say that as someone who has voted absentee since 2011. I'm all for overseas military and DoD civilians voting, because they are on government orders to be overseas. However, I think a polling station should be set up on military bases. No reason why that can't be done. If you simply choose to live overseas but aren't on government orders (and therefore can't enter a military base) then you can travel to the US to vote. All citizens have a right to vote, but they don't have the right for the government to bring the election to them.

 

I smell another Supreme Court intervention. I think that's a bad thing, and I think we will see violence if Trump wins as a result. However, I suspect it will happen. Unless this election is a blowout (highly unlikely), the litigation that will happen in this election will be unprecedented.

I was paid about right. You could find better, and you could find worse. Fortunately, you could find more who were worse than who were better, so I was at least on the good side of mediocrity rather than on the bad side.

 

My mother was in her 20s during WW 2 and she had a terrible case of HDS.
