Oh, and for the record in case you don't know, John Podesda was using a Gmail account to run his duties as Shillary's campaign manager. Someone send him an email telling him they were from Google security and he needed to give them his password, which he did. Classic phishing ops.

And his password was "p@assword". This was not a smart man.

It's a drop dead date for states, but a federal court challenge could keep things tied up basically as long as the Supreme Court is willing to allow it. My guess is that Chief Ayatollah Roberts will allow it for awhile, but he'll have his limits sometime in mid-January.

The Democrats tried to kill Castro, surrounded the USSR with nuclear weapons and threatened war over Berlin, went to war in Korea and Vietnam Nam. Funny way to show love for commies.

And yet there were Commies high up into the Democratic Party establishment. One doesn't cancel out the other.

    Uhh, let's unpack this.

The CIA tried to kill Castro, back in the days of yore when the CIA actually fought for American interests.

The US put nukes in Turkey, but that's hardly surrounding the USSR. The short range tactical nukes we had in western Europe would not have reached the USSR. The first European based nuke deployment capable of that were the Pershing missiles that Reagan put in Europe in the 80's, over the huge protests of various leftist groups who were funded by the Russians.

For Berlin, Truman merely ordered an airlift of supplies when the Russians closed off road and rail access. Kennedy did nothing when East Germany closed off East Berlin from West Berlin. Our only "threats" were that we would treat an invasion of West Berlin as an invasion of NATO itself, as we should have, as West Berlin was part of the Western area of operation.

When North Korea invaded the South, not sure what else Truman could have done except help S Korea. Also remember the Truman and LBJ wing of the Democrat party is far removed from the current Commie Bernie Sanders (who honeymooned in the Soviet Union, or Alexandra Occasionally Coherent.

If the Democrat party wanted to run someone with the same polices as JFK I might vote for him. But those polices would be considered extreme right wing positions today.

If JFK miraculously appeared here today, he would not recognize the Democratic Party.

Gotta say I hope it doesn't come down to the bed wetter John Roberts. You know he'll do anything to stay in the good graces of the Washington Establishment.

Old boy must pick up the Post every day with trembling hands, hoping, praying, someone hasn't written that he's a meanie. Upon sight of words expressing displeasure at the Court, or any use of the word "legitimacy", big wet tears of pain and grief go rolling down his cheeks. Sobbing, he closes the paper and vows to earn back their trust and love.

All from people who would celebrate his death if during a Democrat presidency. Takes a special type of coward to crave the love of those that hate you - McCain, Romney, the Coward John Roberts.

I'm not even sure the judicial has the power to do this. This is supposed to be the legislative branch's job, not a freaking judge.

“While there is daunting circumstantial evidence of suspicious activity we find nothing worthy of any criminal pursuit”. That’s all you’re going to hear.

If Tulsi would just get right on energy and economic policy she would be a very strong Republican or Libertarian candidate.

If by some means JFK appeared he would not be reading from the same scripture but rather would find lofty noble words to show the herd that he was as progressive as Bernie and as conservative as Cruz. Just like he did in 1960. He was a superb Cold War demagogue and nothing more. As a legislator he could find his office but nothing more and his presidential program was dead on arrival in Congress.
He was fortunate in the timing of his death in that he could be sainted just prior to being a total failure. Like Lincoln, who did not have to do the heavy lifting that his military win set up for him

Roberts should have resigned over the FISA disaster just like Rosemary Collyer did.

Maybe simply repealing the 26th isn't enough? Maybe we should go all the way back. If only people who owned land could vote, then because they have invested in their communities, they would be much more likely to care what happens to them. And the US would probably be a lot better off.

I suspect "land owner" would be coded to include all the elitist liberals living in high rises in the big liberal cities, thus, far outnumbering the rest of us.

I'll never forget Scottie Pippin in his one year with Rockets bought some property outside the county for the tax break. Listening to him trying to explain why he owned ag producing real estate in Ft. Bend & Montgomery Counties was so funny I almost wrecked the car.

I heard on the radio that Biden is raking in the bucks and has a much larger war chest than Trump heading into the stretch run.
