Man, the hits just keep coming for this much maligned program lol. Ok....So he isn't exactly suing Bevo, but.... (In other news, there's a scared little bulldog down in Georgia who has retained legal counsel in hopes of making this a class action suit) Photographer Sues Texas Mascot Bevo's Owners, More over 2019 Sugar Bowl Injuries
Not that he ever would read this, but I publicly declare that it will NOT be a conflict for David Beck to defend The Spurs, the Bakers, & the University, then clean this dumbass' clock. Maybe Kurt Arnold as co-counsel
To put the Baker's thru this is crap, what a incredible family. I hope Itkin and Arnold and the many other Spurs' alumni pound this guy into the ground...
Well, Handler, if Kurt & the Itkin brothers got this guy in deposition, I doubt he would be able to walk for a week because his knees would be shaking
Dude seemed pretty spry after the event and all jokes and smiles about it, like being throw from a mechanical bull at a bar. Then he figured out he could extort some money out and hired a scum lawyer. Only one way to settle it. Trial by combat, him against Bevo in a high fence pen.
I wonder if this douchebag was one of those goading UGA handlers to get closer to Bevo for the photo op. He is a photographer.
The Bevos don’t like other animal mascots. At the 95 Baylor game, when Baylor had a real bear on the sidelines, someone thought it would be cute if they walked the bear up to Bevo. He stared stomping and whipping his horns, the bear got riled up too. Took all the Baylor handlers to drag the bear away before they started to fight. The Spurs need to have as a lesson learned do not let other animal mascots anywhere close to Bevo.
It never ceases to amaze me how little people know about animal nature. Bulls don't like any other animal than a cow, but will tolerate most other livestock. That said, what a douche, along with his sleezy lawyer.
If you watch the video carefully, it's pretty clear Bevo never even touches him. Only thing that bumps him is part of the fence.
