Compare their successes as a Head Coach in Conference and National Championships records to what we have right now. Stoops - 10 B12 conference championships, 1 National championship. Urban Meyer has 3 National and 7 Conference Championships. Tom Herman has 0 Conference and 0 National Championships. Granted, he hasn't been a HC for long, but even then his record doesn't have that "WOW" factor to it. His best year was his first as HC at Houston when he finished 13-1 that the season and was ranked #8. It's been downhill since, with one 10-4 record at Texas.
Guys it is not a question of better than Herman, its a question of what you're buying into. Like a "sleep with the devil" thing. At least I think that's how the expression goes. I'm right with everyone one on we've got to do something. I just don't want to jump in bed with the devil.
