I am so happy for this week! It is by far my favorite tournament (British Open #2). Augusta National is the most beautiful place I have ever seen. I had the privilege of attending the tournament in 1998 when Mark O'Meara won (1 year after Tigers dominate win).
The grounds at Augusta are pristine. Not 1 blade of grass is out of place. You can smell every flower. Every tree. It is just heaven. If I could I would have my ashes spread at Augusta.

Lets hope for not much rain

^Jordan needs to work very hard on the 6" between his ears - he has psyched himself out of his excellent golf game.

Maybe. I have the feeling he's satisfied with his checkbook and is just coasting.

I agree on the mental aspect. He gets very frustrated. I doubt he's happy with just coasting along. He had a chance and was on pace to be a very impactful player in the overall history of the game.

His Major wins aside, he's now in danger of dropping off the map completely like Anthony Kim did.

Losing by 21 strokes (even if you get $33k) in a major championship is embarrassing.

My golf friend says he needs to work on developing his power fade with the driver. That doesn’t really mean a lot to me. But we at hornfans aren’t just qualified to coach football; all sports are our domain.

Power fade is a shot, for a right hander, that curves left to right.

Most pro golfers predominantly either fade or draw the ball, which is a right to left shot. Ben Hogan was famous for "eliminating the left side of the golf course" with his fade.

So what are hooks and slices to us less than skilled golfers are fades and draws to the pros?

Yes. Most amateurs can hit fades and draws but it takes practice.
