For all the "we don't want a guy who succeeded at G5 since that was Strong and Herman", first note that Harsin has done so for more than just 2 years and also that the reason Florida got 2 MNCs with Urban Meyer is that they pulled him away from a G5 school.

Clemson O/C Tony Elliott hasn't gotten enough mention for head coaching jobs for some reason. Maybe the perception is that it's all Dabo? I wonder when Oklahoma hired Bob Stoops away from being the D/C of a contender, was the perception that it was all Spurrier?

Baker got benched at Tech because he wasn't playing well and Davis Webb was playing better; didn't really look like a D1 QB until he had Sooner OL and WRs around him. Now having Mahomes and still not being able to get a winning season, that's much better of a criticism.
