I know it's late but I would like to congratulate President Bone Spur draft dodger serial adulterer loudmouthed New York jerk for talking his way out of a second term. All the Pelosis and Schumers and Bidens could not have done it on their own. It took your own GREAT efforts to accomplish this truly GREAT and historic and much needed act.

Best wishes in your future endeavors and efforts with your indictments. I know you will continue to create novel legal defenses and blow smoke up the rear ends of your many admirers.

And thanks for making Biden president. We've done worse I guess. Andrew Johnson I guess

Nope. I've read that Donald Trump has a 2.8 stroke golf handicap. If we can just get the guy who calculated that to throw in a mulligan or two in key states I'm sure we could come up with a tabulation that would satisfy Trump and his minions.

The big difference is once you sign an affidavit stating that, I would be happy to turn over evidence and shove it in your face. I was going to say shove it up your ... but I am feeling nice today.

And you know what? I'd deserve that for filing a baseless claim without credible evidence. Of course, your lawyer would likely advise to motion for dismissal first.

Isn't that effectively what the Defendants did in most cases? They responded to the claims and affidavits with their evidence and the judges told Trump and his surrogates (humahuma in this example) to shove it up (their) ...

This is WHY multiple judges literally ridiculed the claims that Trump supporters desperately want to see investigated.

If you can't trust the Republican Secretary of State and Republican head of elections then I can't help you. You've got bigger problems than bipartisanship.

I don't buy into the fraud claims, but by itself, this isn't a particularly strong point. Suppose the claims were totally true. Do you think the SoS would want that coming to light? He would go from being SoS to being a night manager at Wendy's in about two minutes. Partisanship is a powerful force, but it takes a back seat to saving one's own ***.

recounts, audits, 60 something lawsuits, nothing. It is all a lie. Trump lost because more people hate him than love him. Simple as that.

If only the "stolen election" claimants realized that Trump and his supporters have the same motivation, if not more, to claim fraud and errors.

Of course this is true. Trump has every reason in the world to make this crap up, and his supporters have every reason to believe it. It reinforces every assumption they have about Trump and the Republican and Democratic establishments.

I know at least 3 of the main commenters on here aren't interested in voting details like this, but attached is a very thorough analysis of "what" happened "when". They are also careful enough to not speculate at all about the "who", "why", or "how".

The data that I have posted over the last week is more than enough evidence to justify an investigation into the "who", "why", and "how".

That site is not https which is triggering my virus alerts. That PDF cannot be safely downloaded. It's not often you stumble onto a completely unsecure site.

Alright, I know I’m new around here, but are the bulk of the posters here honestly convinced that the election in November was pretty much on the up an up? It sounds like that is the general narrative with a few exceptions. And those exceptions seem to be scoffed at. Also, the claim from the “It was a legit election” folks seems to be that if a Hornfans poster cannot produce smoking gun evidence detailing the fraud, then we must all assume it was legit. When elections are stolen it is virtually impossible for the average Joe to put their hands on any evidence at all. We have nothing to rely on but circumstantial evidence and videos and comments online that often seem credible but are difficult to authenticate from an evidentiary standpoint. At least for us. My question for the hornfans is; does your gut tell you November was legit? Mine does not.
Also, while it may be virtually impossible for us average Joes to authenticate the evidence we can only find online, I do believe that there are those that can authenticate it and will. This is just too damn important. We cannot let go of our constitutional republic by allowing our elections to reach 3rd world status. My 2 cents.

The responses you will see will be 1-64. That is the number of wins in court any party on Trump's side won versus those they did not win. They didn't lose 64, but that is the current misleading talking point used by Dems.

I put Biden's win at a 65% probability. It do believe you hit the nail on the head concerning third world status when it comes to elections. Correcting that system is infinitely more important than tossing an old man with dementia and a greasy wh-ore (the old rock classic Thirty Days in the Hole comes to mind when I see the new VP) out of office, especially when the damage he will do can be reversed.

Agreed. The court refusing to see the evidence is not the same as losing.

Yep, our election system is the whole ballgame long term. We have to be able to trust it.

Anyone is says this was a legit election is pretending.
If we don't make changes all future elections will be like this one.
The question might be can the GOP get organized enough to cheat like the Dems did.

Did you think to ask why some of these courts won't hear evidence? Most of them were dismissed on jurisdictional grounds such as lack of standing or lack of subject matter jurisdiction. That means the court didn't have authority to hear the case at all. If that's the case, then there's no need to hear evidence.

For example, suppose you and I both live in Travis County, and you rear-end me on Mopac. Suppose I sue you in federal court. A federal court wouldn't have jurisdiction over the case, because state law governs car wrecks and because we're both citizens of the same state. Well, the judge wouldn't waste time having me try my case and put on evidence when it knows it can't actually render judgment on the case. It would just dismiss it for lack of jurisdiction.
