First of all the atmophere at ATT Stadium looks and sounds like a regular play off game. There are fans there, spread out but there. Good for Jerry Jones ( I still don't like him) Craig Way is as meticulous in preparation for this game as he is for any of ours. Katy and Cedar Hill will be a good game.
Crappy Fios. Got in a contract dispute with Fox Sports SW back in August, so the channel is no longer offered. But we still get FS1 and 2??? - Mike
They are owned by different companies. FSSW (as well as all of the ex-Fox Regionals except YES and one more) is owned by Sinclair Broadcasting. FX1&2 are owned by Fox.
Always loved Craig Way just for how excited he gets over the action in the games he calls. Anyone get just a little chill when he referred to the longhorns (Cedar Hill) throughout the game? Felt like CFB for just a sec
That is a very thorough write up on both QB's and teams. As noted both were good. Watching the clips in that article its suprising how effective Klubnik is with his arm motion being a little side armed at times.
There was another QB on the 40 acres who had a side-arm tendency and he did pretty well. I get the fact it isn't ideal and the NFL "experts" frown on it, but there is an increasing level of examples - Mahomes being the latest - where unorthodox still equals success. If it works, sometimes you don't need to fix it (memo to Jeff Fisher).
And back to the original topic of this thread, Craig Way is amazing. I'm not a fan of 95% of the announcers on TV and radio these days because they either feel the need to vomit all their supposed knowledge to explain something very few ever came close to accomplishing themselves, or they insert some shtick to try and sound cool, like Gus Johnson screaming at any opportunity and calling every person on the planet "partner". Craig follows in the footsteps of some of the best in that he shows excitement when the game peaks call for it, demonstrates personality without coming off as a pompous arse, and has exhaustive knowledge of the sport he is calling as well as his craft. We are blessed to have him.
