Amazon and Jeff Bezos do not want their workers voting by mail-in-ballots or electronically on unionization. An Amazon spokesperson told CNN the company is seeking a

"valid, fair and successful election, .... and in-person would ensure that"

    Thanks again Jeff

Will the Dems on WM criticize Amazon for this?

Looks like Jeff Bezos actually reads history and knows the dangers of mail in balloting.

It's hilarious that almost every person I have ever interviewed for a job who has worked at Amazon distribution facilities or drivers hate how they treat employees. However bozo liberals like Bezos celebrate "other unions" for helping their members "get a fair shake" but are scared to death of their own company unionizing because he knows what it will really do to them. Screw these hypocritical ******** like Bezos.

I still haven't been able to align the capitalist mentality of mega business owners like Bezos with their socialist supporting viewpoints where their actions rarely or never align with their politics vs what they expect others to do. I suspect it's mostly about control, but I can't quite figure it out.

They like the liberal's globalization mentality so they can use cheap foreign labor. This is biting Bezos in the *** with unions, though. The main street businessmen are different than the international schmucks.

Wow, because it was beyond what $10hr employees at Twitter and Facebook who violate free speech by blocking accounts and deleting posts would do? The average American should not be able to shut down what another average American says because they disagree. That is seriously dangerous and we see what tensions and anger it is causing already.

Vol, part of the issue is that CEOs are for capitalism and freedom when they are small because that is the only way they have a chance to be successful. However, once they are big and successful they want a way to stay at the top with as little effort as possible. They get in bed with government to erect barriers to enter the market, keeping out new competitors. They also work to get laws passed that make it hard for their current competitors to continue on.

    Twitter has new rules
Here is a good example of how they will work
Basically if you have ever voted Republican in your life, you are subject to being banned. Honesty, math and science be damned

This guy is against murder - but BLM types object so his is out
I dont think Twitter even reads the material, if BLM types want you gone, you will be gone
Twitter censors anti-murderist for citing science

I'm debating whether I really want to enable 2FA so I can finish an app for the birdpoop, err birdwatch program they are starting. Supposedly, that was the only thing that would keep me from moving forward with the app process...

Explosive devices? They should lock them up and throw away the key. Let's see if they get anything more than a slap on the wrist. And then dementia will pardon these innocent little children.

They could face life in prison for arson of cars that were already defaced. That's not defending them at all. They get what they get and they deserve it under the law. Just like the insurrectionists will be felons and, ironically, lose the ability to vote. Just don't act like no one from the BLM protests is getting tough justice.

In general, Liberals seem to be aggressive in their desire to enforce anti-trust laws. That's just my opinion.

I would stipulate that Facebook and Twitter are monopolies in their respective niche. Information/conversations etc. flow through them. Why is it that their judgment concerning censorship is seemingly sanctioned by Liberals? Because they are not government entities? Because they are helping Liberals?

But they are monopolies. Does anybody care about that?

    I'm dealing with what is...

If Trump supporters (I'm not one of them) went to any other platform, they'd be destroyed just like Parler (which I'd never heard of until last week).

The media tends to highlight maximum sentences and has an even greater issue with federal sentences, where they like to add everything up even though that is not how things tend to work.

It is ALSO interesting that you, like so many in the media and on social sites like Twitter, have completely foregone the presumption of innocence that exists. Being on video does NOT mean a conviction will follow nor does it mean a conviction will necessarily be for a felony. The Government STILL has an obligation to be able to prove up each element of any offense they seek to pursue, which is likely why you are not seeing waves of indictments for sedition.

Oh, and without a conviction, they will still be voting...

I'm glad it's that simple for you but for me, the censorship was occurring for several years. What happened at the White House has now provided cover and license to censor. You've fallen for it.

Good thing Russia!Russia!Russia!, Rocket Man, Iran et al have not figured out they can overthrow the US government by attacking the Capitol and stealing Pelosi's laptop.

    Phew! Close call so far.

Bubba, you were talking about Parler being killed. For your logic to be applied consistently, then Facebook should be killed also.
