I have also read that many groups prefer to be called Indians. Everything is opposite of what the SJWs say.

Honestly, the "Indian" name would bug me - not because it's offensive but because it was inaccurate.

Yeah. But Native American is lame. I'm a native American. It's a better description.

It is lame. I just don't know a better, commonly used alternative that's accurate. I can call them "Native Americans," or I can call them, "the people whose ancestors lived in the Western Hemisphere before Europeans settled it," but that's a bit lengthy and choppy.

    Indigenous tribesmen?

    Nah, still too lengthy.

Perhaps we should re-assess all this "China Joe" stuff. Biden is sending diplomats to Japan and S. Korea to develop a common team line and strategy for some difficult discussions with China. I think a good portion of his administrations understands well that China is our adversary. We'll see how this develops. It's a good opportunity for Biden to shed his Chinese lap dog rep among some.

I want to give our President the full benefit of the doubt. Joe’s whole pro union, blue collar steel worker lovin persona naturally clashes with Made in China.

There's no chance of Slow Joe standing up to China. Far too much blackmail info they have on his crooked son. Various Chinese companies didn't pay him hundreds of thousands of dollars for his, uhh, skill set. Besides, Slow Joe is drooling over himself by 10 am, soiling his diapers by 11, and off to bed for the day after lunch. He has no control over policy - that senile old man can't even control his bladder or colon - President Depends.

The point of the talks with S Korea and Japan is to tell them US policy is now to run all North Korea matters through China, not directly with NK as President Trump did. This allows China to have a great deal more power, as now they can use NK as a weapon against the US. We do something they don't like, they tell NK to act up. We appease China, they put NK on notice to shut things down for awhile.

Letting China use NK as a weapon against us is the same failed plan of Clinton, Bush, and King Barry. Only Trump was wise enough to see it for what it was, cut China out of the equation, and deal with NK directly. Now we're back to the same plan as before that let NK become a nuclear armed country with ballistic missiles.

As always, Japan is the key to East Asia. In addition to being the most prosperous and free country on the continent (actually just off the continent), Japan is functionally a giant American military base. Japan is getting F 35s, putting them a generation ahead of China in the skies. They’re already ahead of China on the seas and far, far ahead of China under the seas. I don’t see Joe changing our strategy of defending Japan and S Korea.

The real test is how far we’d go to protect Taiwan. Taiwan companies, through Texas’s Formosa Plastics for instance, should be (legally) funneling big $$$ to Joe and friends to tie him to Taiwan as well. I would be surprised if they’re not. Remember, Joe’s roots are crony capitalism.

You say that like it's a good thing. FYI, crony capitalism = corruption and one step away from fascism.

And it’s precisely what we’ve had for most of the modern era. Not ideal, but much better than leftism. As long as large corporations, and their major shareholders, are able to funnel $$$ into politics, we will have crony capitalism. Candidates and parties are beholden to their donors. It’s a dirty beast, but much better than leftism. There is no utopia on earth.

It's been growing in the Congress for years. But I think Biden is the most corrupt person ever elected President in the US. I say that knowing how corrupt Bill Clinton was and is. But at least Clinton was intelligent.

Agree on Clinton—very corrupt and very smart.

Most corrupt President ever? There’s a lot of competition. Grant, Harding, LBJ, Clinton, even Jefferson (New Orleans real estate deals)

Agree that LBJ, and Harding belong in the most corrupt group. I'm not sure Grant belongs in this group. Grant's administration was very corrupt. I don't believe that Grant himself was. He certainly didn't get rich off the government.

I have not read about Jefferson's real estate deals. I'll have to read up on that.

I still say Biden is the most corrupt of all. He's spent his entire working life in government and gone from a middle class guy to being worth in the hundred's of millions. Plus his family members have all been given great access to the trough. I don't think we have seen such blatant corruption before.

    Joe Biden Net Worth

Hell, the fraud related to "stop the steal" is worse than anything Biden has ever done and much larger in scale. Ex VP's and President's can rake on book deals and speaking fees. 90% of this circle jerk will pay hard earned tokanawa to listen to the orange guy ramble on.
