Hard to choose between those two, now that McShitStain is finally dead (he stayed in office for a year after he had terminal brain cancer, so that he could die as a Senator and get more attention).

My overriding memory of Romney is how King Barry and C Crowley drew a circle on the blackboard during the 2nd debate in 2012 and ordered him to stand there with his nose it in, which he of course did.

Roberts is just a pitiful coward, who sobbed hysterically and pissed himself every time some leftist used to write something mean about him in the Bezos Post.

So he threw away not just his lifetime overriding viewpoint of Constitutional law, but any semblance of rhyme or reason in his decisions - the only constant being they are always what the DC Ruling Class wants.

Roberts is not a froth mouthed psycho like our immediate past president so I can see where he is a disappointment to some but his opinions reflect the considered judgment of a jurist mindful of precedent and edging towards restoration of constitutional standards.

    No they don't.

    As I posted before:

He twists and turns like a pretzel in reasoning - claiming stare decisis for voting against abortion restrictions which he used to support, but ignoring it and expanding without precedent laws against discrimination based on sex to include gays and dudes in dresses.

He allows States to "cheat and retreat", like New York did in their gun transport case, hiding behind mootness as a way to avoid the case. He's refused to hear a 2nd Amendment case in 10 years, allowing lower courts to parse the Heller decision down until it means nothing.

He claims judicial restraint to avoid taking cases he doesn't want to rule on, but ignores it when he wants the SC to strike down other policy, like President Trump's rescinding of Obama's DACA EO. He ever admitted Obama's EO was a usurpation of legislative powers, but hung his hat on Trump's rescinding of it as being "arbitrary and capricious" - judge speak for it's a meanie thing that they don't personally like.

He's voted for allowing States to ignore the 1st Amendments protection of religious services during the Wuhan virus, tossing out Constitutional protections at the whims of governors operating under a never ending emergency power declaration.

These are not the marks of a coherent judicial standard. It's not even how he used to rule. The only consistent aspect of his decisions has been that since Kennedy left the court, he's voted exactly as the DC Ruling Class wishes him to.

Now, Slow Joe's handlers pushed an EO under his drooling mouth for him to sign, that sets up a commission to pack the Supreme Court, change how long they serve, and what cases they can review. Even Breyer is against this. Every member of the judicial branch should be against an attempt to usurp the powers of a separate branch of government.

It would be nice if the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court had an option on someone cutting off his dick and shoving it up his ***, but as long as he gets a few scraps of praise tossed his way, it'll keep him from sobbing with shame from editorials that say mean things about him.

Joe Biden (aka Liberals) is a liar:

Biden pitches $2.3T infrastructure plan as cure for Texas grid failure, but it’s not in the fine print

"For a president aiming to sell a gargantuan stimulus plan, the timing has been fortuitous.

“As you saw in Texas and elsewhere, our electric and power grids are vulnerable to storms, catastrophic failures, and security lapses, with tragic results. My American Jobs Plan will put hundreds of thousands of people to work… laying thousands of miles of transmission line; building a modern, resilient, and fully clean grid,” Biden said when he unveiled the plan March 31 at a carpenters training center in Pittsburgh.

In 25 pages, the plan includes no promise of any outlay to avert a similar disaster in Texas, however."

NEVER, EVER, let a Liberal defeat you in an argument solely on the basis that Trump lies.

Flipping around channels on a plane. Hit MSNBC for a few minutes to hear them talking about Biden's bipartisan approach. They said, "with a 60% approval rating Biden can push through as needed." Please find one poll with a 60% approval rating. The American public will need to forcibly take over the media. It is pure propaganda at this point.

Dems have a slim majority in the house which will disappear in two years and a one vote edge in the senate.
Biden and company are ruling like they have an FDR/like majority.
With the slimmest of margins they rule like victors in a conquered province

this is not very respectful of democracy

Biden and libs don't care if they have a majority because they'll just write an executive order to make it so. The president shouldn't/doesn't have power to do this yet our other branches refuse to handle it.

Whatever. This is naked democracy when it rules over 2 very different factions. The 51% does what it wants over the 49%.

Yes, but that's assuming Congress does their job. Instead they are punting it to Biden who is out of control at the moment with his executive orders.

Luckily, the filibuster gambit is dying.

Even worse. One man dictates what is done for everyone based on slim voting margins.

This is what @Seattle Husker and @OUBubba voted for:

House committee approves bill to study slavery reparations for first time

This is along with the previously mentioned "study" to add more Justices to the Supreme Court. And the loosening of our immigration policy which is a DIRECT cause of the crisis on the border. And the Green Deal. And the infrastructure program. And cancelling student debt.

$50K student loan forgiveness would cancel debt of 84% of borrowers, Biden told

And this from our corrupt Treasury Secretary (earning $100's of thousands of dollars from Wall Street speaking engagements and nothing but crickets from Liberals):

G20 could agree to around 15% global minimum corporate tax rate, tax expert says

    And the white privilege campaign.

Basically, what we're seeing is the grandest, most elaborate patronage vote buying campaign in the history of American politics. They aren't even trying to hide. They have terrified all who would dissent so it's happening at a greater pace. Brainwashing and intimidation. Those are the tools of Liberal power.

Studies are a signal for the media to begin it's brainwashing campaign of the American people. The fraud and Liberalism IS THE POWER behind front-man Biden.

You were tricked. You thought he was a moderate. It's not true. He may have been once, but he is now a face to make people like you think it's moderate. In fact, he is a corrupt as they come and he is going to allow these extreme spending measures, supported by ruthless cancellation tactics to destroy our economy.

There is probably no point in responding. You will deny it.

    This from the “reparations” article:
“If passed, the bill would create a 13-person commission to "study the effects of slavery and racial discrimination, hold hearings and recommend "appropriate remedies" to Congress," per the Post.”

May be just me but that is scary in it’s potential, I mean how do you remedy something like that? I can only imagine what ideas they may toss around, no more honestly I probably cannot imagine.

Agree it is "propaganda," but it's hardly "pure." It is totally tainted by the far left.

WTH was with Biden yesterday that he couldn't go from his bedroom down to the East Wing to greet the first leader of a country to visit during his so calked adminstration?
Japan is a strong ally. They will not forget the snub. Biden embarrassed our country.

Dems on here, Do you support this??
"The 400 figure is eight times greater than the 50 families that Border Patrol and Immigration and Customs Enforcement were releasing from its facilities each day early on in 2021. As of mid-March, Border Patrol agents were seeing 500 people arrive as part of a family group per day. Only the head of family is enrolled in ICE’s programs that track people after they are released or paroled into the country, so the total number of migrants released is at least two times higher than the 400 figure because each family has at least two people.
In the final months of 2020, the number of people who were intercepted at the border hovered around 75,000 per month. By February, the first full month that President Joe Biden was in office, that monthly number had grown to more than 100,000. In March, the number of families, adults, and single children showing up at the border spiked to 172,000.

Biden warned corporate tax plan could backfire

Matt Kilcoyne, deputy director of the Adam Smith Institute, said: “The concern is absolutely right, and it highlights well that Yellen is attempting to uphold a world that is rapidly ceasing to exist. Rising non-western states are not going to automatically accept the hegemony of the USA.”

They won't care. They want to tax us and redistribute wealth on our shores and they are chasing it all over the world. Liberalism needs to be crushed as a political philosophy.

I knew Pelosi had scheduled SloJoe to speak later this month
I did not know she chose a time Congress was not in session. That is just stupid
Dems are very afraid aren't they.
The GOP has asked her to reschedule it when Congress is actually in session.

I suspect a lot of people realize that it isn't working out for them...especially with the polling about the suppression of the Biden laptop story by Big Tech.
