has any of the money been used to pay George Floyd's child support? I haven't seen a word about that.
"F**k The Police" Proclaims 32-Year-OId Livestreamer Before Killing Cop In 2AM Drunken Hit-And-Run | ZeroHedge
In the link it says the max is 15 years. That would be a travesty but since she is black It is likely
Remember that initial charges CAN be upgraded. If there is enough material to show beyond a reasonable doubt that she took aim at the officer, then you might seen an upgrade to murder. That said, the cap on Intox Manslaughter in Texas would have been twenty years, so to see a lib State like NY only at 15 isn't a huge surprise.
mb Thanks for the explanation I am guessing even with that vid it would be hard to prove she did it deliberately?
What prosecutors would/should be looking at is dashcam video of the other units already on scene or the body cam footage that shows the lack of evasive efforts. Proving up the elements of intoxication is easy enough to do, but proving it was an intentional act causing death (and thus elevating to murder) creates a different burden at trial.
Oh, in that case, they will name a day after her, give her the key to the city. Along with a big fat cash settlement. Then her choice of the next statue that will be taken down. That would be the correct PC thing to do.
Mchammer, If I could have hit the WTF button 100 times I would have. Plus are you fuc**ing kidding me?
That's why I can't get that behind the police. I don't want defunding or anything like that, but the whole back the blue movement willfully ignores stuff like this. Those protesters blocking traffic should have all been cuffed and jailed. If they are too afraid of getting in trouble for doing their jobs then that just proves we need system change to provide better security.
Put that ranch hand bumper to use and push the blocking vehicles out of the way...truck ought to have enough oomph to do that without even getting into a granny gear.
Foreign interference goes way beyond elections. BLM and Antifa are funded by Soros open society foundation and likely other foreign affiliates. Sheriff elections, same thing.
My family may as well have stayed in Oakland, California. This isn't the Plano I lived in for 27 years and grew up in.
I remember growing up in Fort Worth and being aware that Plano was the teen suicide capitol of the USA, or right there at the top, anyway.
All jokes aside, we are pre WWII Germany right now. CCP owns our politicians, media, judicial system, and our sheriffs apparently. Trump and military don’t shut this down ASAP. Many of us won’t survive. We are surrounded, sitting ducks! We need military tribunals!
I didn't remember being at the top of the teen suicide list, but I recall it being a place where teens were shocking parents when it came out that Plano was a heroin hot spot.
There was a series of teen suicides in Plano somewhere in the 80s. Of course it kept the local news channels occupied for months.
PESH Grad here. Class of 88. in my head, the PPD and the Williamson Country Sheriff's Dept were of the same ilk. No BS allowed.
Yeah, suicide was "cool" when we moved to Plano in the mid '80s. By the time I was in high school (PSHS grad - 1994), heroin was "cool." I guess that's progress in a weird way.
