Let's not even get into the Texans that made Oklahoma what it is, and what it is not. My favorite fail is Adrian Peterson going to Oklahoma instead of Texas so he could win a Championship. He is allowed to drop by campus and see Texas' trophy.

I thought this had been settled. That is not me. The old Beanie Cap had a prop on it - Beanie Boy and Cecil. That cap in your picture is what we called a Knit Cap. On the ramp at Tinker AFB, OK, and in Saudi they were very handy during the winter.

For the last time, I have not been to DC since 2009 and my Beanie Cap has a Longhorn logo and a propeller.

I just like to keep this one on the front page for our friends in law enforcement. :)

Sorry you disagree FA, but the FBI and DOJ have proven themselves unreliable when it comes to law enforcement. They have become political, which is sad and dangerous.

If it weren't such a sad state of where we are in this country, it would be hilarious. Saw that Stefanik said the same thing. She's someone who's much more moderate than Liz Cheney but she's willing to prostitute herself on the big lie. And, for what it's worth, Trump has raised millions to fight for election reform and has not spent a plug nickel on it. The grift is so clear and strong.

When Stefanik first joined the house I had high hopes for her as a moderate. Unfortunately, her ambition has outpaced her political views. Now she's more akin to Jim Jordan in that her sole purpose seems to be to throw **** at others.

So did they reveal who shot the unarmed woman? Keep me informed on that. Someone shot to death at point blank range. There's your obvious crime, right there

Not to worry, plenty of crocodile tears shed by Kinzinger. Then super drama testimony, so obviously rehearsed. Dog and pony show, fake emotions and all. Had to turn it off, it's a big joke. When they get to the point where they reveal who killed the unarmed woman, I'll tune in. Right now it's like watching Mary Hartman Mary Hartman

Rioter climbing through a smashed window into a hallway with evacuating Congresspeople with a crowd chanting "Hang Mike Pence" and the threat is... the law enforcement officer. That's some FUBAR priorities.

Okay, got it. Now you are arguing that a cop shooting an unarmed person is the right thing to do. A couple months ago you said that should NEVER happen. What a putz.

I had some folks go to the big party and they said it was a Capitol "Love In" celebrating freedom of speech. My girl Maxine Waters set the tone and said we should confront our political rivals. Some big Hollywood Libs fantasize about blowing up the White House so having a Seattle style love-in at the Capitol seems fine. If only we could find some Dems to harass in restaurants and on airplanes.
If it is okay to invite, and effectively kill, thousands of illegal immigrants in a treacherous march to our border, having a peaceful protest about the Democrat's relentless quest at voter fraud seems to be very mild.

Context matters. Please show me where I said a BLM protester, climbing through a smashed window at the front of a crowd threatening to kill a public official wasn't a threat. Then you have an apples to apples comparison. Absent that you have an apples to venus comparison.

Unarmed. Climbed thru a window. Cause for murder?

If justified they should be proud to reveal the name of the killer. Because they haven't, tells me the killing was unjustified

    Murder, cold blooded murder

    "Hang Mike Pence"
Did anyone find a noose? No firearms were confiscated off a protester in the bldg so I assume a noose was found and the perp prosecuted. Please detail

It wasn't an "open" window...it was a smashed window. Why window? Because there were security/police holding the crowd from going through the door. Additionally there was an active evacuation of Congresspeople at the other end of the hallway.

I'm not proclaiming the shooting was justified but to unequivocally claim it was unjustified simply because they didn't release the name of the officer is unfair. Witness protection may not be enough to protect the officer from the right-wing extremists.

Well, the cop is the only one who killed anyone that day.

The cop, Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd, used deadly force against, as we were told all summer, what was a mostly peaceful protest. At the very least, he should have used pepper spray or other non-lethal means to disperse the crowd before killing someone.

Thankfully for him, it was a Trump supporter, Ashley Babbitt who he killed, so he is a great hero to the left.

It would only have been objectionable if she was a black Democrat. Fact, no matter what anyone says.

It was unjustified because she was unarmed... You up to speed now?

The killer is no different than Chauvin. He needs to go to court, then prison. Period

This was built in front of the Capitol building. There were also reports of noose hanging from the scaffolding after the protesters were pushed out.

Additionally, rioters brought ropes. Don't think they can figure out how to tie a noose?

    How about here:

The cop, Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd, used deadly force against a person who was not using deadly force, had no visible weapons with them, and also had other police officers to the side and behind the victim, who were far better positioned to affect an arrest than someone shooting through a window with reduced visibility.

We were told all summer long that large protesting crowds were mostly peaceful, that the actions of a very few should not in any way impinge the motives of the majority of them, and that certainly a large crowd in and of itself did not rise to the level of threat to justify the use of deadly force.

In Omaha, a crowd broke into a guy's restaurant, threatened to burn it down, and in response to the display of a gun by the owner, one crowd member then assaulted the owner, as he knew that the police and DA would have his back. Now he was shot by the owner after a physical struggle, but he was right - the owner was charged with murder by the DA.

Different story for the DC ruling class, and a non-approved protest. Since these protesters are hated by the ruling class, any violence against them is allowed, and celebrated.

And it was always going to end up that way. The right doesn't have the infrastructure that the left does - we've been busy building companies and raising our families, while the left has taken over the entirely of the media / entertainment complex, as well as all facets of the government.

The right doesn't have media outlets saying what a wonderful, people's protest it is. How it's mostly peaceful, and to say otherwise is a smear and lie.

They don't have elected officials who will lead the crowd into the halls of Congress, or give them access passes like the Democrats do (ever wonder how protesters always manage to be in the secure hallways to yell at Republicans like Jeff Flake in an elevator - they are given hall passes by Democrats to act as their shock troops).

They don't have celebrities to lead the crowd - if the tables were turned on Jan 6th, LeJoke James and other leftist would have been in the front of the crowd, serenaded by Lady Gaga and other singers.

They don't have white shoe lawyers who'll step in pro-bono and work to have all charges dropped, using all their contacts and connections - which won't be a hard sell, as the prosecutors and judges will all be on the side of the protestors anyway.

Certainly the FBI/KGB won't bother to hunt through Facebook pages looking for people who committed the heinous crime of, checks notes, walking into a public building to protest and not breaking anything, then leaving.

DC is entirely owned and controlled by the Ruling Class. They run ever facet of it, and would comprise all 12 members of any jury. It's just not where you are ever going to be allowed to protest against what they want.

Now you can try to burn down a church next to the White House - that's OK. You can tear down as many statues as your side had judged to be guilty of WrongThink!, that's OK too.

Hell, you can even try to tear down the fence surrounding the White House so that the First Family has to leave for a safe room. All that's OK if it goes along with what the Ruling Class wants. But you can't do anything they don't want. It's just the way modern America is. Protest is only allowed by those in power.

    Ha, got 'em.

Couse, what he didn't say but meant was "unless it's someone from the right protesting, then you can shoot unarmed women in the neck and let them bleed to death on the tile, cuz they're mean".
