You continue to ignore that the very substantial majority of the cases were not adjudicated on merit but rather were dismissed on procedural grounds. That means the Courts generally have never reviewed many of the claims on a merit basis.

 

I'm not ignoring that but rather some those cases were evaluated on merit, particularly MI and PA and were found to be meritless and the judges rebuked the lawyers at the time. Yes, many of the 70+ cases that Trump and his supporters lost were tossed on standing and/or lack of remedy. To stand on that and claim that the courts didn't listen to the merits in many cases isn't true.

Bennett's involvement is the only morsel of integrity in the audit. If he's gone you only have stolen election evangelists remaining. Nobody outside of the true believers will accept anything they claim, nor should they.

 

Slate's lying. Listen to the link on your own. He never did say that the results of the ongoing machine count of the ballots tracks very closely with the county’s tally. He did leak results from a few boxes. That's it.

 

I listened to that interview. He said that the data tracked. This is the quote from the story referenced in the Slate article:
"The data Bennett provided to the outside analysts, Larry Moore and Benny White, showed the results of the ongoing machine count of the ballots tracks very closely with the county's tally. If that trend continues, it may call into question the results of Cyber Ninjas' count, because Fann has said that the Cyber Ninjas' count did not match the county's."

So Azcentral would be who you are claiming is untruthful.

 

Okay, you're right. It does say that "if that trend continues". They are acknowledging only a few boxes.

 

That is the point. We all just need to wait until the analysis done. Then we can assess appropriately. Until then it's all heat and no light.

 

Has anyone asked why Bennett shared information with outside analysts? Based on his own statements it seems Bennett is being kept in the dark as much as anyone else in terms of detailed audit procedures and results.

 

What astounds me what Bennett said about the two analysts and it's big. Both of them have been very anti-audit and according to Bennett are THEMSELVES NOW FINDING ISSUES.

 

Perhaps he was being kept in the figurative dark PRECISELY because he would not be trusted to keep preliminary findings in confidence...and THAT is something that jeopardizes the ability to conduct ANY audit.

 

That's a plausible answer for why he's being kept in the dark. I'd like to hear Bennett answer the question on why he supplied data to these external consultants. This was intentional. There must have been a reason.

 

Did Twitter suspend Arizona audit team account. When you are over the target people get nervous. Also freedom of speech issues.

Twitter is saying they were banned for violation of the "platform manipulation and spam policy". Evidently the same person behind the @arizonaaudit account that was billed as official created a series of other accounts last week.
