I have a theory about this sort of crap. In the military, I referred to it as the "flagpole effect". Basically, at the HQ (flagpole) you have so little real work to do, you can spend an enormous amount of time nitpicking the work of subordinate organizations for crap like font color on their powerpoint presentations. That is the paradigm of racism today. Years ago there were numerous real and substantial acts of racism taking place. It is not all gone today, but it is greatly diminished. Now that most real racism is gone, the race baiters actually have more time (and more guilty white support) for nitpicking every little thing in society to find any and all possible links to "racism" not matter how thin the actual linkage is. That's how we get things like "micro-aggression" and papers on how something like "merit" is racist.

I don't know what this is about. I'm 63 and feel I have to handle EVERYTHING MYSELF to accomplish my goals. I'm working my *** off, have leukemia and am trying my best to pay for my children's education. There is no money available to me because I make too much. I'm on my own. I can't stop the pace. It has to happen or everything collapses. I'm my family's golden goose. Should I be pissed at America?
