    Hello, my old friend.

Vol Horn 4 Life Good Bye To All The Rest!

Over the years this place has come unglued over the lack of tight end utilization. Now we have a staff that seems to value the TE more than any other staff in UT history...except when playing in the state of Arkansas. We should be thrilled now right? I personally find it interesting because what do coaches do with the ones not playing?

You mean what can’t they do? I would create a special package for the TE’s where at least 6 of them are on the field at the same time.

Dude, spread them out like WR's then Casey claps his hands and they all bunch up on the line on the left side (or right). The ball is hiked and the farthest left two shift behind the next two to create a beast of a wall.....unstoppable. Bijan or whoever just follows them down the field.

    Vol,

We take four TEs, bunch them like DKR did on kickoff returns, throw the ball in the middle and force the defense to figure out which one has the ball and which way he is going.

Why a decision so early? I have never understood this.

For a QB like Arch, it is very important so he can help recruit others to join him before they create strong bonds with other teams, coaches and their commits

More on Arch Manning Per Fan Nation:

2023 Super QB Recruit Arch Manning Reportedly Down To Texas Longhorns and Georgia:

Arch Manning might be the most coveted recruit in the entire country, regardless of position or classification, and the Longhorns have been one of many top programs, along with Clemson, Alabama, LSU, Ole Miss, and Georgia to make him a priority.

However, according to a report from Sports Illustrated's Brooks Austin, Manning looks to have narrowed his list to just two schools -- Georgia and the University of Texas.

    Per Austin:

"Things seem to be shaping up to be a race between Georgia and Texas at this moment in his recruitment and things could come to a close pretty quickly with Manning, according to sources."

Manning is coming off of a visit to Athens on the weekend of September 18, where he watched the Bulldogs throttle the South Carolina Gamecocks 40-13 at Sanford Stadium.

By all accounts, though, the Longhorns have also made a serious impression on the NFL Legacy.

“(Steve Sarkisian and AJ Milwee) are just good guys, laid back people, personable, it’s easy to talk to them,” Manning told 247Sports of the Longhorns. “Explosive offense.”

The offense in Austin is indeed explosive, ranking third in the nation in scoring (46.8 ppg), seventh in rushing (267.75 ypg), and 18th in total offense (487.5 ypg).

It is also coming off of a 70-point beat down of their in-state Big 12 rival, Texas Tech.

    247. saying Manning's teammate, TE Will Randle who has a Texas offer, will also be in Austin on the 16th.

If you are an OL, DL, LB, WR and watch any game at UT then there has to be confidence in early PT. Perhaps by year end that position will not be true but today, FACT. As a caveat, I do believe we are improving in most areas and that would point to coaching which is a sharp contrast to the last 7 years.
