I understand the counter point but bottom line is you don’t start massively deleting files when you are innocent.

There is no such thing as a neutral 3rd party. Everyone has bias. What ticks me off about you and Deez are that you two were perfectly fine with every investigator in the FBI Russia probe being a democrat. I remember having arguments with you two about that and that's a lot worse than this "bias". The problem with you two isn't the so-called bias. It's that you two have been gaslighted into buying election fraud is some kind of undoable conspiracy. No amount of evidence will change your minds.

In the end, the only thing that will come of this "audit" will be people claiming fraud who believed there was fraud before CyberNinjas started. In addition, these claims of fraud will be used to fuel greater voter suppression laws by an AZ Senate controlled by Republicans, for the moment. As the AZ demographics shift, it's the dying breath of a party trying desperately to hold onto power at any cost, even if it's convincing constituents that the only reason the R's lose is because of fraud.

In one sentence you just said "I believe everything these auditors are claiming" so I'm going to disregard your point.

Isn't that the problem with the AZ Senate auditor of choice? Literally they can't be believed because they came in with a bias. They aren't even exploring alternate reasons for claims. Because they have $6-$7M reasons to give the answers they are giving.

Yep. Common sense isn't so common. This guy can't see what Maricopa is doing but believes that having common sense voter laws are voter suppression.

Open this site and say that again...slowly. Then ask yourself "what is my bias"?

Yes, Independent auditors are used every day in all manner of situations. To claim they don't exist is...ignorant.

Everybody has bias, including me. I didn't say that I don't have any so why did you put words in my mouth?

Then maybe you should not conflate "neutral" with "independent". CyberNinjas brought neither to the table. In fact, it was a dependent model where they were paid by donations from people convinced of fraud. You can't see how ludicrous that is and why the only people that will listen to them are people like you, @AC and @CTex? It's that bias you claim to have that is helping you overlook giant flashing warning signs that you're being fed the narrative that either you, or people like you, paid for.

What are the chances this same crowd of "auditors" now move on to Texas or Georgia? There has to be more $$$ out there than the $6M they've already split, right?

Who the hell are you to lecture anybody? You have terrible judgment. You've been wrong on every major subject since I've been here. You can't see the giant warning signs from Maricopa County? They are compromised by the fact that they are trying to keep their jobs and trying to stay out of legal trouble. They were caught lying about what Ben Cotton said and they haven't stopped since. They were caught deleting election material and all you can do with a comeback is to say that we can't trust the auditors because of bias/money? That's a ******* joke. However, I plead with you to keep going on with this. More material for me to use against you in the future. Summer of Love, Part 10!

You want proof that Maricopa is dishonest? Did you see them promote the MSM narrative that the draft report having matching vote totals somehow proves that the election was clean? They knew the truth but like the MSM, Maricopa knows how uninformed the masses are so it's easy to pull the wool over their eyes.

I’m at Oktoberfest in McKinney TX so I will have to postpone further comments until the beer is gone.

So ultimately what did we learn from the audit. I'm seeing both sides claiming victory on social media.

It doesn’t matter if they are OR are not biased because they are providing actual evidence of what happened. You are willfully ignoring these facts because you don’t like the message. Try to get past your bias and look at the evidence from the audit.

What kind of beer? Is Franconia making an Oktoberfest? If so, I'll bet it's good.

Of course, Mueller himself wasn't a Democrat. Either way, I never said I was ok with anybody on his team, and I think the tendency of Democratic politicians and activists to cozy up to Mueller was dumb and counterproductive.

However, there is a pretty big difference. Mueller was a prosecutor. It's the ultimate adversarial role, and it's expected to be heavily in conflict with the target of the prosecution. Obviously there are ethical limits on it, but it's supposed to be generally hostile even if it's professional in tone. There's a reason why Marcia Clark didn't invite OJ's buddies to be on her team. There's a reason why I didn't invite insurance reps to join my litigation team when I sued people and businesses. Of course, that adversarial relationship is balanced and tempered by the defense also having counsel (as Trump did) and by being overseen by the court.

An auditor is not like a prosecutor. He's supposed to be look for funny business which creates an adversarial element, but he's ultimately a fact-finder. He's not there to bust people, and that totally changes the dynamic.

Not at all. It can happen. It does happen. I support most of the policy agenda in weeding it out and preventing - no voting without ID, getting rid of mail-in balloting (at least as a general rule), getting rid of ballot harvesting, etc. I may have some minor disagreements over a few specifics, but I'm basically supportive of the agenda.

However, when I see a bunch of lawyers and politicians claim a bunch of **** in public that differs from what they say in court, I get suspicious. When I see people (all of whom are represented by counsel) choose not to go to court when the option is available to them and substitute a less appropriate forum over which they have much more control, I get suspicious. Honestly, I don't know if there was fraud in Maricopa County, Arizona or Fulton County, Georgia. Maybe there was, but there's a process for dealing with that, and if the complainant isn't using that process, I'm going to be very slow to take him seriously.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong I’m not a Lawyer, but there was substantial reason to believe the judicial system would not hear this case legally. SCOTUS would not even hear it. The evidence had to be presented to the public. They must win in the court of public opinion. Judicial system is also corrupt and controlled. Hence one county in one state going before the public plus the Durham report which is far, far from being over.

We learned that Maricopa County was illegally deleting election files from machines that were under subpoena. In addition, under election laws the files can't be touched for 22 months after the election.

The true coup is happening at the border where Biden and Kamala are importing millions of new voters that will be paid off with US tax dollars. I am pro immigration but this is a blatant attempt to buy votes. Anyone willing to sell our country out like this is capable of anything.

I figured it would be. My sister and her family live in McKinney, and when we visit, Franconia is one of my go-to beers. And we love the downtown area. Mrs. Deez and I got married in the Grand Hotel ballroom before moving to Europe and enjoy the bar behind Rick's when we visit. And of course, I always get a Franconia.

I forgot to mention this. Ben Cotton, the auditor who looked at the machines in Maricopa, has stated that the auditing team has surveillance tape/screenshots of the people deleting the files. He said he knows who they are. He said they're Maricopa County workers but he won't turn over the names to the public but they will be turned over to the AG of Arzizona.
