I was doing the general Catholic case from the Pope saying vaccines generated from abortion are okay if there's no alternative. There's an alternative with masks and social distancing so I'd be curious what percent of Catholics that applied for the exception were granted.
Switching specific to Rolovich - if it is blind as you say, the panel wouldn't know this role has significant public interaction. I suspect you are right and the panel knew more. No argument that a CFB HC role has significant public interaction, but I hope the panel for a WA state requirement didn't consider LA County laws when deciding! I get it - it's a recruiting thought, but LA County has no jurisdiction over WA state.
Definitely where I was going. This deserves to be litigated. Let's see how many folks put Catholic and were approved, how many put Muslim and were approved, how many put Flying Spaghetti Monster and were approved. And how much supporting evidence was a candidate allowed to provide? For example, I was last vaccinated in 2019 or 1999.
That's the opposite of what Chop is saying. We'll find the Baptist doctrine that says vaccination is good but dancing is immoral. What do you do with an exception request that says Baptist but provides a photo of the applicant dancing? Prior to March 2020, nobody knew list your religious beliefs (including and especially those that deviate from the official doctrine) in a notarized form for the government to read.
